Bear Creek Mountain Resort - The Grille
We hope you'll come stay for the weekend! You can check-in to your room starting at 4 pm. There are two onsite restaurants, a spa, and multiple activities to take advantage of.
We'll be having a bonfire and s'mores outside near Trails End Café from 8 - 10 pm. Trails End will be staying open late for drinks as well. You will need to let the staff know you are with our group and you will be getting a wristband for the fire on Friday.

Saturday Plan
Bear Creek Mountain Resort has several activities to take advantage of including mountain biking, hiking, yoga, archery & axe throwing, SXS tours, a giant swing, disc golf, multiple pools, and a spa.
We have scheduled Playing with Sharp Objects (archery and axe throwing) from 11-1 pm for our group, with a max number of people of 20 (10 per hour). We have also scheduled "Slide the Slopes" which is an inflatable slip and slide down the ski slopes for our group as well, from 12:30-2:30 pm. Check out Slide the Slopes webpage HERE! You must message Airin or Ben to get your name included on the list for these events! These events are both first come, first serve and we need to know if you plan to attend by Wednesday 7/19/23.
You are free to book the Playing with Sharp Objects or any other events outside of our allotted time, however the cost will be on you. The Slide the Slopes is set up just for our group during that set time and will not be available outside of the set time.

Cocktail Attire
Cocktail Dresses, Dressy Jumpsuits, Suit Jackets, & Slacks. Guests are encouraged to wear white or lighter colors, as the bride will not be.
Ceremony - 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail Hour - 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Location: The Lodge Ballroom
Enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour.
Reception - 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Please note - The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be 21+ other than the exceptions noted in the FAQs.
Keep the night going with more dancing at the The Grille after the reception has ended. Please be aware that this event will have different music and atmosphere than the reception; this event is 21+, no exceptions, and may not be enjoyable for certain adults. Feel free to change into something more comfortable.
