Nikah will be performed by an Islamic Clergy followed by Lunch and concluded with a Hindu Ceremony conducted by a Hindu Priest.

Airports

Please fly into Peretola Airport (FLR) or Pisa Airport by Friday October 20th afternoon at the latest. From here please take a taxi to Villa Pitiana hotel. It should take around 50 minutes to reach the hotel. 

Things to Do

To eat:

For dinner: Golden View (Via de' Bardi, 54 across Ponte Vecchio) you can make an online reservation, it gets really busy..right on the arno river!

Great for Dinner: Il Santo Bevitore (Via di Santo Spirito, 64)

5. Another one: Al' Acqua al Due-(Via della Vigna Vecchia, 40)

Colle Bereto (for a cocktail!)

Tourism:

1. Scenic View from Fiesole - (the top of a hill that overlooks the city of florence, very cute restaurants and old italian ruins there)

2. Museums:  Academia del' Arte (where the David is) & Ofcourse the Uffizi Museum

3. Duomo di Firenze (Cathedral of Florence)

4. Definitely walk the city! It's a small one, you could probably walk the whole city in an hour.

Shopping:

1. Leather Market: Piazza San Lorenzo

2. Food Market-- Mercato Centrale (Its amazing..has the best stuff to take back home)- Piazza San Lorenzo

3.Designer Outlet Mall- 30 min drive outside of Florence: "The Mall" - Via Europa, 8, Leccio

Please keep in mind that the only way to get to Villa Pitiana is by private car (taxi) or rental car, no public transport. So if you stay at one of the alternate hotels make sure to organize your transportation with the hotel or by renting a car. For car rentals you must have an international driver's permit, which you can get easily same-day from your local AAA branch.
