Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We're holding 40 rooms for 5 nights for dates December 7-12, 2022. A 3 night minimum stay is required. The price is listed below under each room category. The price is per person based on a 3 night stay. We're ecstatic to get married at Live Aqua All Inclusive Beach Resort Cancun on December 9th, 2022, where we and our attending guests will be staying. This all inclusive adults-only is located resort 15 minutes away from the Cancun airport, has 9 restaurants, 5 bars, multiple pools (including a swim up), a spa, gym, and more.

The rooms offer beautiful views of the sea. Scroll all the way to the bottom to learn more about room amenities such as turndown service.

Dining includes traditional Mexican, Italian, Asian, wide variety of fresh seafood, and vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Please note that more details are coming (including formal invites), but you will see plenty of information in the interim that will help you start to make the decision and plan accordingly. We know this is a big commitment and hope everyone can attend but if you cannot join us for this celebration it is completely understandable! Please also remember this is an all inclusive resort - all dining, beverages, transfers, etc. are included in the costs below.

TIP: The rooms we recommend (based on seeing them in person) include (from lowest $$ to highest $$): Ocean View, Ocean Front with Aqua Club Access, or the Aqua Suite. All suites, but not all rooms, come with Aqua Club access which gives you premiere check in on fifth floor with unlimited drinks and apps and you have access to the club whenever. There is only one 'normal' room (Ocean Front with Aqua Club Access) that also has Aqua Club privileges.

IMPORTANT! Submit your flight info to Megan no later than Friday, October 28, 2022

After you book your flight, please forward your flight itinerary to Megan at Megan@bridietravel.com or enter your flight information using the link below. She needs this information to pass along to the transportation company to arrange your Cancun Airport (CUN) arrival and departure transfers in addition to keeping us notified of your arrival and departure for planning our wedding events.

Given our current climate, I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you before, during and after you travel. The travel insurance has coverage for medical, inclement weather, flight delays/cancellations/missed connections, baggage delays/cancellations, etc. Unfortunately, COVID and pandemics are NOT covered reasons to cancel. Therefore, purchasing a policy with cancel for any reason is very important.

Bridie Travel uses Allianz Travel Insurance. The Classic with Cancel Anytime Plan gives you the extra flexibility of knowing they can cancel their trip for almost any unforeseen reason that the Classic plan does not already cover at 100% and receive 80% of their non-refundable trip costs back. It includes benefits like trip cancellation protection, primary emergency medical benefits, 24-hour travel assistance, and more. This plan also has SmartBenefitsSM that can pay your clients proactively and simplify their claims process with no receipts required. Under certain conditions, covered reasons for some benefits of this plan include epidemic or pandemic-related illness, individually-ordered quarantine, and denied boarding.

Please note: This plan must be purchased within 14 days of their initial trip deposit and must cover the full non-refundable trip cost ($10,000 maximum). You could also be eligible for pre-existing condition exclusion waiver if all requirements are met (please refer to plan documents for details).

IMPORTANT: Although, you do have 14 days to add the Cancel Anytime insurance, I strongly recommend you to purchase it at the time of booking to avoid missing the date. You cannot add Cancel Anytime insurance after 14 days from your deposit date. You can purchase regular travel insurance though after the deposit date.

The cost of the travel insurance is based on the total cost of your trip + your age (typically 6%-10% of the total cost of the trip). Megan will provide individual quotes with your invoice so you can determine if you want to add it or not. If you decide not to purchase the insurance, you will be required to sign a denial waiver.

PLEASE READ! Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first served basis. Megan will do her best to honor the discounted rate outside the 40 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better. The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes private roundtrip airport transfers. Megan is confident in her pricing, but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Bridie Travel, LLC please allow her an opportunity to price match. We like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
