It all started in the first semester of grade nine at Brother Andre High School where Abby and Brandon first met in science class. Abby, a dedicated student, was asked by their teacher to work with a fellow student who needed some help… this student was Brandon (“Pants” as most would call him). Next semester, Abby and Brandon became close friends and paired up for a project in religion class. It was a powerpoint presentation featuring one of Brandon’s favorite 90’s band songs… Where Is The Love by The Black Eyed Peas. A banger.
Fast forward to the end of grade ten in 2010, Abby and Brandon were *officially* dating and so their journey together began!
From graduating high school together, to doing long-distance from Kingston to Ottawa, Kingston to Markham and now from Stouffville to Montreal, they remain by each other’s side and are proud supporters of one another.
It was no surprise that Brandon, the #1 fan of all things Christmas, showed up at Abby’s Mom Lori’s front door on December 24th, 2021, to ask if he could have her blessing to marry her daughter. Brandon is certainly the most laid back and chill individual as most would say, but this day was different. With shaky and sweaty hands, unsure of how he should pull out the ring without being too obvious, he went on his way to meet his love at their home. A mere one hour later (Brandon could not wait any longer without spilling the beans) they were ENGAGED!!!
Abby and Brandon are so thrilled to celebrate their love with the people who mean the most to them and to celebrate tying the knot after 13 years of being together. Bring your dancing shoes… because this couple knows how to have a GOOD TIME
