Payment Deadline

Deposits are $50 per person to secure your room. We are asking that all deposits be made by July 15, 2022. This will act as the non-refundable securing of your RSVP. 


Final payments are due no later than April 1st 2023.

Can I bring a date?

While we do encourage our friends and family to turn their visit to Jamaica into a vacation. Unfortunately the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are invitation only! Guest are welcome to participate in other weekend events of their choice.

Weather

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors near the beach, The reception will also be outdoors under a covered area.

In June, temperatures in Jamaica rise to a warm 88 °F. Nighttime temperatures are around 75 - 79 °F.

Wedding Dress Code

Is there a dress code for the ceremony?

Yes, our desire is that all attendees participate in photo ops with the wedding party, and enjoy the beauty of the island.  Therefore the strict dress code is white/nude color (Any shade). No Jeans please. Ladies should wear nude color cocktail or floor length dress; pants are suitable and men should wear dress pants and a blazer or a sport jacket.

Children

Are kids allowed?

The Nichols girls will be in attendance! If you decide to bring your little ones please be sure that you plan accordingly. The resort has a kids club however the hours are limited and additional fees may apply. Be sure to make arrangements if you plan to enjoy an adult night alone.

Booking

Do I have to book with your Travel Coordinator?

Yes, to ensure you are with our wedding group! Our Coordinator has secured a special discounted rate through the resort  for our guest and has provided us stellar service.

*Please note if you still choose to book reservations outside of our Coordinator this action will be at your own expense/risk. This means you will be fully responsible for emergencies, cancellations, etc, should they occur*.

Can I stay longer?

Yes, you may certainly stay as long as you like, its your vacation too ;). When booking please be sure you specify your dates if you wish to extend. You may need to contact Lakeshia White directly. The ceremony will take place on Saturday June 3rd.

Can I stay at a different resort in the Montego Bay area?

Yes, However we strongly recommend that If you are planning to attend our wedding ceremony, you stay at the resort . Due to popularity of the resort additional fees and restrictions for outside resort attendees. Please note that outside guest will not be guaranteed access to the resort.

When should I plan to arrive?

We will be arriving Thursday June 1st and departing  Jamaica on June 5th. We suggest that everyone plans to arrive by Friday June 2nd. Please check the events page to help plan your stay accordingly.

Passports

Does Jamaica require a passport?

Yes, we recommend ordering your passport by September 1st, 2022 to ensure it arrives prior to departure. 


COVID Guidelines

Do I need to be vaccinated to attend?

Currently Jamaica and the United States does not have any travel restrictions and does not require testing or proof of vaccination for entry.
