Kerri Ouellette is our group travel agent and our direct contact for booking at our resort. She has organized a discounted room block for our guests and is an incredible resource for all things travel. She has years of experience helping couples plan destination weddings and takes pride in the travel coordination of their guests. She is diligent, detail oriented, and always makes herself available to educate her clients throughout the entire process. Additionally, Kerri can assist our guests in booking airfare, airport transportation, and travel insurance options.
We encourage you to use Kerri to answer any questions and concerns regarding your travel to Mexico as this is a free service to you.

Transportation

When guests book their resort reservation, Kerri will offer trusted and reliable transportation options to and from the airport. All wedding events will be held at the resort with the intention that our guests would not have to leave. If you are interested in exploring off resort property, the resort concierge can assist in coordinating safe and trusted transportation options for our guests.

Passport

All guests will need a valid passport book to travel to Mexico. Your passport must be valid 6 months from the date you return home and in good condition at the time of travel and at least 2 blank pages available.
If you do not have a passport, or need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP as processing time to receive your passport currently is 10-12 weeks. You also have the option of paying an additional $60 for expedited service to receive your passport in 4-6 weeks.

COVID-19 and Travel

Testing and Airline Information

Currently, all air passengers returning to the United States from international travel are required to have a negative COVID-19 test result within 3 days prior to departure. Our resort offers free antigen testing for guests returning to countries requiring negative test results upon re-entry. Guests can schedule their appointment before their arrival, or at least 72-hours before your departure from the resort. Appointments are available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. and results will be returned via email shortly after. You can schedule your appointment by emailing guestservices.
If any of our guests have had a positive test within 90 days of their return to the United States, they can provide documentation of a positive test results and letter from a licensed healthcare provider that states the passenger has been cleared for travel. The positive test result and letter together are referred to as “documentation of recovery”, and travelers will not need to provide a negative test to return to the United States.
