Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Punta Cana Dominican Republic! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Hard Rock Punta Cana, and would encourage you to stay with us!

*Please note a 3 night minimum stay is required for all hotel reservations.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Please only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can hold up to 4 guests depending on room type. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having additional guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. We can add transfers to and from the airport once everyone gives their flights to the Travel Agent, Susan Green!

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

Rates begin at $339 for 2 Adults (per night) with a 3 night minimum stay requirement. Rates include accommodations, food, drinks, alcoholic beverages, access to hotel facilities, on-site entertainment, and a limitless resort credit* for excursions, spa, golf and more!

*A 25% service fee does apply to any excursions or activities covered under the limitless package.

Kids and Teens stay FREE!

Up to 2 minors stay free with one full-paying adult in one room (ages from 4 to 17) valid through December 18th, 2021. Eat, stay and play free. Applies to rooms that accept children. Children under 4 are always free!

Sunday Arrival Discount

Although you will be cutting it close, please be advised that if you check-in to your reservation on Sunday, you will get a $35 a night discount.

We have chosen the beautiful Hard Rock Punta Cana for our destination wedding. This is family-friendly resort. This hotel has many amenities including 13 pools, a beautiful beaches, health club and spa, 13 unique restaurants, 23 bars on property, Golf Course, Casino, non-motorized water sports, daily and nightly entertainment. They also give you the ability to book tours and spa for only 25% of the cost!

Please note, flights for the trip are NOT included in the all inclusive hotel rate and Susan's Travel Services doesn't do flights for the trip. Here's what we suggest:

- Google Flights is a great place to get flights and also you can use their "TRACKER" to track prices.

- Hopper.com has an app you can use to track pricing

- Using your Air Credit or miles if you have them!

Please once you have your flights, send the information to our Travel Agent so she can help set up Transfer to and from the airport to the hotel!

1. Can I split my room payment with someone else?

Yes! If two of you are paying for the room, you CAN use two separate credit cards to pay. Let the travel advisor Susan Green know.

2. Can I setup a Payment Plan?

Yes! If you would like, please reach out to our agent Susan Green to setup a MONTHLY payment plan until the final payment is due.

3) When will my $200 Room deposit be charged?

When you fill out the reservation form it does not automatically make your reservation or charge your credit card. The information is sent to our travel agent so she can review it first. If she has any questions she will reach out to you for verification. As long as everything looks good she will make the reservation and email you a receipt showing the payment, and another email with information about your reservation. FYI, If you fill out the form after business hours (5:00 pm MNT) or over the weekend, it may be the next day before you receive a confirmation.

Can I make any changes to my reservation after I put down my deposit?

If you would like to stay for additional nights, please ask Susan Green our travel advisor and she will request them for you!

You can always add a person to your room after your reservation has been made as long as it doesn’t go above the room occupancy limit. If you’re waiting to make a reservation because you’re not sure if someone will be with you in the room, we suggest you go ahead and secure your reservation now and then add them later.

If you would like to change the name of the guest joining you, please email Susan Green with the name of the guest who will be removed, along with the name (as it appears on their passport) of the new guest, their birthday, and email address. Once she has that information she can make the adjustment.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, please send Susan green an email (she has to have it in writing) letting her know you need to cancel your reservation. She will then email you a confirmation. If you are in the cancelation period, they will send you what you have left on the reservation. If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines.

Can I request a room next to or near someone else?

If you want to have rooms next to each other, let Susan Green our travel advisor know that. That is ON REQUEST, but she will do the best she can.
