- Minimum Stay: There is a minimum stay of 3 nights, but feel free to extend your vacation! We do request your arrival at the resort by September 19, 2025, to partake in the wonderful events we have planned.  - Room Occupancy: Ideal occupancy is two adults. Single rates are not supplemented and will incur a higher rate.  - Stay Onsite: To access wedding events, staying at the resort is advised. Day passes are costly and not guaranteed.  - Flights: Flights are NOT included. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. If you need assistance, please get in touch with our travel specialist, Wendy.  - Airport Transfers: Transportation to/from the resort are included with the reservation pricing.  - Travel Protection: Available at an additional cost.

For a seamless travel experience to our wedding, please be mindful of the following passport requirements: Valid Passport: Every guest must possess a valid passport for flight boarding, entry into Mexico, and resort check-in. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months before your return date.

Passport Processing Times: Because of the increasing processing times, we strongly suggest that those needing a new passport or a renewal apply immediately. You won't be able to attend the wedding without a valid passport.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS  Roundtrip Airport transportation in Cancun is included in the rates. The transportation company will arrange the times of pickup and departure according to the flight itinerary you provide.

You can submit your flight itinerary to our travel specialist as soon as you book your flights. You will also receive a flight information form from Wendy closer to travel so she can arrange the transportation and finalize the details with the transportation company.
