Ceremony Timeline

2:45pm - 3:30pm

Our ceremony will begin at 3:15pm in the Barrel Hall at Almanac, though we are asking guests to arrive about 30 minutes prior. Come even earlier if you want to get the party started, Almanac opens at 12pm!

At 3:00pm, please follow signage on the left side of the bar, through the gate, and beyond the tanks to our ceremony.

The ceremony will be very short and will be held standing. Please let us know if you should require a chair for the duration of our short ceremony and we will accommodate you.

Reception Timeline

3:30PM - 7:30PM

We invite our closest friends and family to enjoy our fun and casual reception immediately following our ceremony. Guests will be given two drink tickets per person. If you'd like to enjoy more than two drinks, the cash bar will be available for the duration of our wedding.

From 4:00pm until 6:00pm, we've hired Senor Sisig's food truck for all of our guests to enjoy. You'll be able to select anything from their full menu, including vegan options.

Dress Code

Please Be Clothed For This Event

(wear whatever you like, dress up if that's fun for you, or wear your favorite pair of jeans if that's your thing. go crazy, we love you.)

Things to Note

The Barrel Hall

Our ceremony will be entirely indoors, near the brewing area of Almanac Beer Co. The building is an old aircraft hangar, and is thus not extremely well insulated and might be cold, depending on weather. We encourage our guests to bring something warm to put on in case it's particularly cold.

As mentioned, the wedding is taking place near the brewing area and while we will have areas roped off, it's incredibly important that you do not wander outside of our area or tamper with any brewery equipment. We don't feel like having to make a claim with our event insurers.

Given the above information, the wedding will be adults only outside of direct family and our wedding party. With that being said, we want our friends to be able to attend our wedding and if you are unable to get childcare for any reason, let us know and you're welcome to bring your little one(s) given the understanding that the environment is not child friendly and could be potentially unsafe for little ones.
