As our wedding is being held in the Summer period (peak season), it is very IMPORTANT that you try book your accommodation before January 2020.

We have listed some great choices of accommodation ranging from 3 star to 5 star for you to choose from, however please feel free to research and find accommodation that best suits your needs. The wedding venue is near Catania however, most guests will likely stay in the beautiful surroundings of Ortigia.

On the day of the wedding we will provide a bus from Ortigia and Noto to the wedding venue and back. We will advise closer to the event where the pickup location will be and the timing.

It is important to know that you cannot drive on the Island of Ortigia. Everything is available within a few short minutes of walking.

Salt or "White Gold" as it was formerly known is where the name of this building derives.

It is the place where "Bartolo the salt seller man" used to live. He would sell open bags of salt by the ounce and also parafin for lamps.

The high ceilings and walls of stone embedded with inserted details in a unique and pleasant style, give an original feel to the place.
