We'd recommend booking your flights as soon as possible to avoid any price spikes as we get closer to the date. You'll be flying into Kahului Airport (OGG). You can find direct flights with major airlines from many cities, including:

Four Seasons Resort Maui
Four Seasons will be our home base for the wedding weekend. We have a room block with a reduced rate, which you can access using the link below. Availability is limited, so we'd recommend you make your reservations as soon as possible.
Wailea Beach Resort
While we don't have a formal room block or group rate, this is a great alternative to the Four Seasons if you're looking for another option! We'll have our Welcome Party here.
Kahului Airport is about 30 minutes from the Four Seasons.
If you're staying at the Four Seasons, you can arrange an airport transfer with their concierge by calling (808) 808-4079 or emailing concierge.maui@fourseasons.com. They will be able to talk through the following options and make arrangements.
Uber and Lyft
Uber and Lyft can pick up and drop off at the airport and pricing starts at approximately $55 each way.
Chauffeured Car Service
A chauffeur service offers greeting upon arrival at the baggage claim area and curbside assistance upon departure. Gate escort is not available on departure. Cost quoted is one way and inclusive of all taxes. This service will be charged to your room account on the date of service.

All vehicle types are subject to availability and an additional fee applies if you make any stops on the way to the scheduled destination. Additional $7.29 per bag fee applies if total bag count exceeds 15 and more. A 48-Hour change or cancellation policy applies to all booking.
Taxi Van Service
Taxi services are offered as a flat rate or metered fares at $3.50 / minute waiting time & $4.00 / mile depending on the vendor. Prices below are approximate only and quoted as a one-way fare.

Four Seasons to Airport | $75 (approximately)
Child Car Seat or Booster Seat | $10 each
For pre-arranged taxi transfers at the airport, drivers will meet you at the bottom of the escalators on the way to baggage claim with a name sign. The driver is paid directly with either credit card or cash.
A cancellation fee may apply if cancelled with less than 48-hour notice for taxi service. Please note this can increase if prices are surging.
There are three licensed childcare referral agencies on island that hire qualified nannies and can confirm an experienced nanny that is certified in child and infant CPR and is first aid trained. You can book directly with the "reserve a nanny" links on their websites.
