We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding week! To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange your all-inclusive hotel rooms.
We've chosen to stay at Barcelo Maya Tropical, and we would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the booking form. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the same form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in the package price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!
5. Ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months from your return date. Every guest requires a passport. Your booking MUST match your passport information EXACTLY.
The Transat Vacation rates are valid for travel between September 14-21, 2024.

In order to confirm your booking, a minimum non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of $250 per person is required. All rooms must be deposited by June 30, 2023 & final payment is due no later than June 30, 2024 to secure this discounted rate.
This deposit will be processed as we confirm your reservation; you will be sent an invoice, which must be approved within 24 hours, in order to re-confirm your booking.

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew yours, click below.
Note: Processing times in Canada are back within normal service standards of 10-20 business days, plus mail time. Please do not wait to apply to ensure you have it well ahead of travel.

Customize each day with these, and other wish list options, like exotic tours, rounds of golf, and a bevy of lavish kid and family-friendly attractions, including our state-of-the-art playroom, indulgent couples-only experiences, and dazzling entertainment options.
Packages reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agent will do their best to honour the discounted rate outside of the current group allocation; however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner your reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared round-trip airport transfers.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the weddings and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $100 USD per person/per day.
We are confident in our pricing but if you find a cheaper "deal" outside of LMDW, please allow us the opportunity to review and request a price match. We would like do to our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
