We've worked with The Fontaine, a luxury hotel in the middle of one of our favorite areas in Kansas City called "The Plaza", to provide a room block for our guests. Rooms start at $169 a night, which is half the price of what they typically go for! We've blocked 20 rooms for our guests. Rooms are first come first serve.

We worked with the Sheraton Suites to provide a room block at a tremendously great rate for our guests. Located in the beautiful Plaza area (lots of shops and restaurants here.. and very walkable!), the Sheraton is offering a rate of $149 for our guests! Rooms are first come first serve. 

If you're flying in from out of town, we recommend you fly into the one-and-only airport that we have: Kansas City International Airport (MCI). The airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the hotels we're recommending and our venue (which is pretty normal for us folks in the Heartland). Unfortunately, there are no shuttles available from the airport to the hotels we recommend. Therefore, we recommend renting a car. 

For the best flight rates, we recommend using Southwest Airlines or the Google Matrix to find the cheapest tickets available. Just note that while Google Matrix is an incredible tool (we use it often), you can't buy directly on Google Matrix. You have to go directly to the airline's site with the cheapest option to purchase your flight tickets.
