Welcome to Cape Town, South Africa
Notes to Guests

UPDATE as of 2/17/2020

By now, most of you may have already purchased your tickets OR been monitoring your preferred travel itinerary. Just a friendly reminder, for those interested in Staying in the Air B N B, a deposit is requested and due by 2/29. Reach out to me (or Jermaine) for preferred method of payment.

A few reminders and updates:
1- Air B-n-B: If you plan on staying in the air b-n-b, please note, we've extended the deadline to secure your spot to now be 2/29/2020. The deposit request is for $250 (this is non-refundable) to hold a room. This can be made payable via CashApp or Paypal. Contact Jermaine or Victoria directly for specific instructions. Once we get true headcounts, reservations will be made and exact costs will be communicated. The deposit goes towards your accommodations.

Hotels are still available as alternatives and our recommendations are located at the bottom of this page.

2- Flights out of ATL, ORL, and MIA airports are really low right now; approximately $974! Please book at your leisure but don’t miss out on these great rates!

3- Immunizations: Please discuss with your primary care doctor your specific immunization needs and read more details on the CDC Website

Thanks! Looking forward to meeting you all at #TheKingsCircle

Important Information

Q & A

1). Do I need a Visa for Travel to South Africa? No.

2). What to Expect Financially? For those trying to prepare financially for this trip, a conservative guestimation of costs for flight & hotel combined, can be anywhere from $2,500-$3,000/per person. It’s too far in advance to obtain true costs for flights. Once flight options become available for viewing in the Fall of 2019, there is a payment plan option (for those interested) to pay towards your flight/hotel accommodations. Please continue to check back here for more travel related notes. For now, feel free to view our desired properties for the duration of our stay in Cape Town provided below and contact our Travel Agent for more information!

3).  Do I need vaccinations? According to the CDC, vaccinations such as Yellow Fever and Hep A are highly recommended. Your doctor can help you decide if this vaccine is right for you based on your travel plans. Please take this into consideration prior to booking your travel accommodations.
