Bob's is a locally owned transportation company.  Their drivers have always been very friendly, the cars are immaculate, and they have always been on time.  This is a great service to take from the airport to the Sawgrass Marriott.

The shuttle goes across the street to anywhere in Sawgrass Village (Nona Blue, Metro Diner, Aqua Grill, etc), the shopping center where Pusser’s, Restaurant Medure and Ruth Chris is which is a block away, TPC Clubhouse and Restaurant Nineteen at the TPC Clubhouse, and Cabana Beach Club. They don’t take any type of reservations though for the shuttles, they just run on demand for all guests. They run from 8am to 8pm and pick up from the conference center.

A nice welcoming Mexican restaurant with higher end Mexican food. The menu contains numerous options for superb Mexican cuisine combined with very good attentive service. Dining outside is always a lovely option.  The margarita's are not bad either!!

Nineteen is in the TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse.  The restaurant features a creative array of freshly prepared American and Continental cuisine in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Menus change seasonally to take advantage of the freshest local fare. The outdoor verandah offers expansive seating with panoramic views of the 18th hole.  Highly recommend for the view alone.  They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Very nice local cuisine, American, Seafood, and Vegetarian Friendly.  It is located on the intercoastal and has outdoor seating.  If you sit indoors it can be really loud and hard to hear each other but the food is wonderful.

A great local small italian restaurant.  All the pasta is made from scratch.  If you ask for the garlic bread (which we do) the vampires will stay away for a while.  It is great but very garlicky.  They also have carry out. Must have reservations.

Named for a rum, this tropical Caribbean cafe offers a waterfront patio & live music on weekends. Pusser’s offers fresh local seafood, tasty Caribbean fare and a colorful selection of tropical drinks, including the world famous Pusser’s Painkiller.  They have both an upstairs bar and balcony for food and drinks and a lower quieter patio for outdoor dining.  You almost always see an alligator or two swimming in the lake.  Must have reservations.

A locally owned restaurant with steaks that can give Ruth Chris a run for their money.  There has been some inconsistency in quality lately.  It seems they have had trouble keeping good chefs.   If you catch them on a good day the steaks are great.  The dining room is a little dark and the tables and chairs are dated.

Highly recommend.  Great food. More than just a restaurant SoNapa Grille is really about a Lifestyle. Besides the obvious namesake attributes of Sonoma County and Napa Valley, our restaurant signifies passion, enriched experiences, and simplicity.  I recommend making reservations and specify the barrel room.  It is a little more quiet and easier to hear each other.

Two Dudes is a no-frills seafood restaurant located in a strip mall. Very simple but efficient. Delicious fresh fish prepared several ways to your liking.  They offer never frozen, always fresh seafood full service restaurant with some of the most delicious and freshest wild-caught seafood you will ever enjoy.  You never know what seafood they will have, it all depends on the fisherman's catch.

Valley Smoke overlooks the serene waters of the Intracoastal Waterway and features slow-smoked BBQ, southern-inspired seafood, chicken and venison selections with USDA Prime Steaks cooked to perfection over a wood-fired grill. The vibrant bar and lounge feature a rare selection of Bourbon and Scotch located in the Bourbon Library, complimented by a wine list featuring 150+ bottles personally selected by Chef Ben. They bring the flavor, quality and authenticity of Naples, Italy to your table with unparalleled service.  There are 3 different area that you can sit.  One side you order at the desk then pick your table.  They have an outdoor patio where you are waited on and the bar are is fabulous.  You are waited on and they have every kind of bourbon at every price point that you can think of.  They do not take reservations.  It's very casual.

This is a wonderful tour even for people who are not that interested in golf.  There are storytellers to the left of the front door of the club house. Complimentary tours begin in the main lobby on the hour from 9 am - 4 pm.  There are no reservations you just walk in.  They do a wonderful tour of the clubhouse and then take you to the 17th island green in a golf cart for pictures if weather permits.  There is no cost for this tour and the tips that the storytellers do receive are donated to charity.  Highly recommend.  Time this tour with breakfast lunch or dinner and eat out on the patio overlooking the 18th hole of the golf course.

North of the hotel off of A1A and Beach Blvd.  This is much more of a tourist spot.  Lots of beach access, souvenir shops and restaurants.   About 15 minutes.

Quaint little beach town with lots of small shops and restaurants.  Fun place to wander around.  It is about 20 minutes North of the Marriott straight up A1A.

There are lots of little boutiques and restaurants to explore right across the street from the Marriott.  Close enough to walk over or take the Marriott shuttle.

The Sawgrass Spa and Fitness Center:  I can't say enough nice things about the spa. It has so many nice services. You can spend the entire day in the spa with just one treatment reserved. The Cabana Beach Club is a short 2 mile shuttle ride from the hotel. Your room key is required for entry. The Cabana Club has private beach access, a heated pool with a lap lane, bar, poolside cafe, towel service, shower, changing room, and chairs. Chair/umbrella/water sports rentals available daily. There is a very casual pool/beach restaurant, Sharkey's Cafe. Swimsuits and flip flops are just fine. Friday nights there is live music from 5pm to 8pm and happy hour.

TPC Sawgrass Championship Golf Course and the Valley Course - Both of these courses are in the neighborhood and fun to play. Let us know if you would like to play golf while you are here. We will see if we have enough for a foursome and look into reservations.
