Driving

Road Trip!

By far the easiest way to get to Porthleven is to drive. What's more you can then use the car to explore the Cornish coastline.

- Route from London

- Route from Manchester

- Route from Bristol

Public Transport

Trains, Planes & Coaches

Trains - The GWR trainline will bring you down to the southwest. The closest stations are St Erth (20 mins by car), Camborne (23 mins), Redruth (30 mins), Penzance (34 mins). You can go to anywhere on the line, however you would need to get a taxi or car for the final leg of the journey. There'll be buses too, but we are not sure how frequent they are.

Planes - The closest airport is Newquay, about an hours drive from Porthleven.

If you are flying internationally, you can go into Bristol, Exeter or London.

Coaches - Coach companies do provide links to Cornwall

National Express

Megabus

Getting around

As mentioned above, cars are definitely helpful in Cornwall.

However, if you don't have a car we would suggest you base yourself close by in Porthleven, then you can walk to the welcome drinks and the Church, and we'll likely provide transport to/ from the reception.

We'll likely organise for a taxi company to serve surrounding areas after the reception. More information will be provided closer to the time.
