Dreams Riviera Cancun Room Reservation Details
We are working with Christi McGown from Happy Place Travel to coordinate the rooms, in destination transportation and travel protection details for our group.
Christi has more information about the resort amenities and the available room categories with pricing included via our Group Reservation Page linked here. You are welcome to submit your quote requests via this link.
Room reservations may be secured with a small $100 per person deposit.
We would appreciate if all guests would sign up via Christi/Happy Place Travel as this is a direct feed to the resort and our on resort wedding team. Those who are reserved under our group details, will be the first to know about any schedule updates or activities that we may offer during the wedding celebration.
The Cancun airport is a major international airport with many flights arriving and departing daily.
You may view more information about the Cancun International Airport here
Shared airport shuttles between the Cancun International Airport and the Dreams Riviera Cancun resort will be included for your arrival and your departure days.
Should you have any special needs/concerns around your transportation, please let Christi know so that she can assist you with transportation that will accommodate your needs. (Examples: car seats / booster seats)
Private, nonstop airport shuttles are available for an additional cost. Please inquire with Christi if you prefer to have a private nonstop shuttle.
Travel Insurance / Trip Protection is always recommended when you are traveling outside of the United States.
Christi works with Travel Insured International. You may request a quote directly from Christi or you may access the Travel Insured site linked here for details on coverage options.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended. When traveling outside of the United States, your insurance will not cover items that arise during travel. Often medical facilities outside of the United States, require that you approve payment for treatment prior to care being administered. Travel Insured is a primary/first to pay and they will work directly with the medical facility so that your needed treatment will not be delayed.
