Victoria and Colin met in 2014 when their first work project moved them both to Oklahoma City. Initially, they didn't mingle much and only saw each other at work events. It wasn't until late 2015 that their friend circles merged and they started to hang out more. After that they quickly become close friends and started going out; going to lunches together, regularly hanging out on weekends and after work, and playing video games together. Soon after, things got serious and they soon became inseparable! Work moved them to Salem, Oregon in late 2017 where they bought their first house together.
Dottie is a 10 year old ragdoll kitty that loves to nap belly-up and beg for treats. She became our family member in May 2015. She is a 5 time regional champion show kitty. She enjoys playing her toys when not napping.
In September 2019, Victoria & Colin took a vacation and visited Victoria's family in Nanjing for a week and half, Beijing for four days with friends, and then explored Japan for two weeks. It was the perfect opportunity for Colin to ask Mr. Tao in person for his daughters hand in marriage! Colin wanted to propose under the tori gate on Lake Ashi in Hakone, Japan but the incredible amount of other visitors killed the romance and made him too nervous. Nonetheless, Colin proposed to a very surprised Victoria immediately upon arriving home on September 26th, 2019.
