Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent - Destination Weddings Expert (DWE) - to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, and would encourage you to stay with us! Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

Unlimited visits to our restaurants that offer an amazing gastronomy experience, unlimited premium liquor, infinity pools with an ocean view, attentive butler service in The Club (Adults Only) section, and more.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres is an addition that introduces complementary sophistication and innovation to this picturesque, white sand beachfront location located just 20 minutes north of Cancun.

Services and All Inclusive:

• 12 bars located in different areas of the hotel including 6 swim-up bars. 4 bars are exclusive for Elegance Club clients.
• Sports bar open from 6 pm to 4 am.
• 7 restaurants, 6 of them a la carte for dinner. Unlimited visits allowed to all restaurants, reservations required only in the Bistro Restaurant which is adults only (+18yrs), or the Japanese Kabuki (7 Teppanyaki tables). Lobster included at the Mar House Restaurant. Dress code applies.
• Room service included (06:00am to 0:00am Family section) (24hr Elegance Club)
• 12 Pools and 8 Jacuzzis
• Spacious gym equipped with a wide variety of cardio and weight machines, separate room for Pilates and spinning.

While DWE can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time. We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our guests if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your concern. Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Piskun - Dubinsky wedding party that is booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Destination Weddings Expert, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

*A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due between now and 5/14/2024, in order to secure your room and private roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

**A second payment totaling 50% of your total stay or 3-Nights is due by May 15, 2024 (Reservations made on or after 5/15 will require 50% minimum deposit)

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Since you'll be booking your room with our group, private transportation to and from the airport (CUN) is included!

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. We use Google Flights to track airfare prices and shop for flights. If you have questions about airfare, please email the team at hello@destinationweddingsexpert.com

*Words of Advice*
- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations

NOTE: Most airlines start publishing flights up to 11 months from your departure date.

Every guest must have a valid passport.

You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.

Note: Processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding.

Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.

But rest assured there is PLENTY to do at the resort and already included in your stay.

There’s nothing like waking up in the morning to everything you ever wanted right outside your door.

Want some thrills for the whole family? Consider an excursion. How about some “me time"? Come replenish in the delectable spa with every beautifying and relaxing treatment imaginable available to you.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 65 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150+ USD just to access the event/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.
