Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our Destination Wedding. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at UNICO 2087 and would encourage you to stay with us!

While we LOVE your little ones, UNICO 2087 is an ADULTS (18 and older) ONLY resort. We appreciate your understanding.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Please do not book your rooms direct or outside of the room block as this is an event you are attending for Sydney & Tino, not a personal vacation. We have generously deposited and reserved rooms for you. If you need customization, please contact our Travel Agents Mona & Amy.

2. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

3. We've quoted prices below. Please make sure you indicate if you would like King bed or 2 double beds as we reserved limited quantities in each bedding option.

4. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.

5. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

Why book with Horizon Escapes, LLC? While Horizon Escapes can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.

We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Stoltz and Alic wedding party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.

You may book it via your favorite airline.

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent for an additional $100 per person. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

IF you book your flights on your own, Please submit flight information HERE for transfers to be arranged. This must be completed before January 1st, 2023 to guarantee transfer.

NOTE: UNICO 2087 is approximately 1.5 hours from CUN Airport. Plan to allow minimum of 4.5 hours prior to flight time home to depart resort and travel to airport.

Please do not book your rooms direct or outside of the room block as this is an event you are attending for Sydney and Tino, not a personal vacation. Our couple has generously deposited and reserved rooms for you. If you would like a different category or travel dates please contact our Travel Agents Mona or Amy and they will accommodate your custom requests.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 49 rooms reserved however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better. If you would like a different room category, please contact our Travel Agents Mona or Amy for pricing and availability.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and Includes shared round-trip airport transfer.

What if I stay somewhere else?

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or possibly the wedding ceremony.

What if I book my room myself and not with the group?

Please do not book your rooms directly and outside of the Room Block. Sydney & Tino deposited and reserved accommodations for you so that you would not have any issues. Doing this causes the couple a lot of stress and takes away from the simplicity of keeping everyone together and including everyone in the fun planned events. You will not be included in the counts sent in by Horizon Escapes, Important pre trip emails, Transfers, and Covid-19 information. Horizon Escapes will not aid with issues on reservations made direct or outside of Horizon Escapes.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Horizon Escapes LLC, please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. To reserve your room and apply your deposit, please click the "Book My Room" Link Below!

You will receive an invoice to review and approve within 48 hours.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is due no later than July 1st, 2022, in order to secure your room and shared round-trip airport/resort/airport transportation.

Your passport must be valid 6 months from return date.
Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.

NOTE: Due to Covid, processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding.

Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Horizon Escapes, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
