STEP 1: REVIEW THE DETAILS BELOW. Please review all the information below regarding the resort and rooms available to book. The prices of the rooms are listed per person.

STEP 2: BOOK YOUR ROOM. When you know your travel dates and which room you'd like to book, go ahead and complete the reservation form (below).

STEP 3: REVIEW YOUR INVOICE. After you have submitted the reservation form, Megan or Cara will email you an official invoice + a travel insurance quote.

STEP 4: APPLY YOUR DEPOSIT. Once you have reviewed all the details and the insurance quote, you will apply your deposit. You will receive an updated invoice once your payment has been applied.

STEP 5: YOU'RE BOOKED! Now it's time to book your flights, if you haven't done so already. Once you book your flights, you can forward your flight confirmation to cara@bridietravel.com or fill out the flight form on the invoice.

You will receive plenty of email reminders from Bridie Travel reminding you to make a monthly payment (if you wish), to submit your flight info and a final payment reminder. You will also receive more information as you get closer to travel to help you better prepare for your trip. :)

If you do not have a valid passport, you can still fill out the reservation form and submit information at a later date. We suggest applying for the passport as early as possible, as the passports can be delayed.

Please note: You must book a room with Bridie Travel in the room contract in order to attend the wedding. This is a a Casa de Campo policy.

The price is per person based on a 3 night stay within the travel dates February 14-21, 2024. If you would like to add an additional night beyond the 3 nights, the additional nightly rate is valid for 2 nights pre and post from the travel dates February 14-21, 2024.

What Does This Rate Include?
The rate includes all of your taxes and fees, as well as your private round-trip airport/resort/airport transfers and all-inclusive plan.

IMPORTANT! Roommates should designate ONE person to fill out the form (one form per room, not per person).

Please include the 2nd guest’s email address under ‘Email Address 2’ so both guests will receive a copy of the invoice along with future emails from Bridie Travel that are related to your trip. If you and your roommate live at different addresses, make sure to include the second passenger’s contact info. This can go in the notes field.

We do not have any villas on hold, but if you are interested in booking a villa I have included the rates in the link below. The rates are all inclusive, meaning all of your meals and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are included.

If you want to book a villa it must be booked through the group with Bridie Travel in order to attend any wedding events. The resort has a strict policy and does not allow any guests to book via AirBNB or VRBO or any third party website.

BOOKING A VILLA: If you would like to book a villa, complete the reservation form and select the "villa" option. In the comments section, please indicate the villa type and how many bedrooms. We will then submit the request and send you an invoice once it's been added to the group.

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline. Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.

Tip: Track your flight using Google Flights to receive alerts for best pricing options!

IMPORTANT! Submit your flight info to Bridie Travel no later than Wednesday, December 20, 2023.

After you book your flight, please forward your flight itinerary to Megan at Megan@bridietravel.com or enter your flight information using the link below. She needs this information to pass along to the transportation company to arrange your Punta Cana (PUJ) arrival and departure transfers in addition to keeping us notified of your arrival and departure for planning our wedding events.

Given our current climate, I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you before, during and after you travel. The travel insurance has coverage for medical, inclement weather, flight delays/cancellations/missed connections, baggage delays/cancellations, etc. There is some coverage regarding COVID and pandemics, including testing positive prior to departure. A rise in COVID cases is not a reason to cancel, which is why Cancel For Any Reason is very important to add.

Bridie Travel uses Travel Insured. The Worldwide Trip Protector with Cancel For Any Reason gives you the extra flexibility of knowing you can cancel your trip for almost any unforeseen reason that the Worldwide Trip Protector plan does not already cover at 100% and receive 75% of your non-refundable trip cost back. IMPORTANT: ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ MUST be purchased at the time of booking (or within 14 days of deposit). You cannot add ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ after 14 days of your initial deposit date. You can purchase regular travel insurance though after the deposit date.

The cost of the travel insurance is based on the total cost of your trip + your age (typically 6%-10% of the total cost of the trip). Megan will provide individual quotes with your invoice so you can determine if you want to add it or not. If you decide not to purchase the insurance, you will be required to acknowledge your insurance waiver during your deposit.

Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first served basis. Megan will do her best to honor the discounted rate outside the 45 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better. The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes private roundtrip airport transfers.

IMPORTANT: You must be booked into the room contract with Bridie Travel in order to attend the wedding. Casa de Campo does not allow guests to attend the wedding if you are booked through a third-party vendor.
