Our wedding venue offers a few rooms which we have secured for 8/31 and 9/1.

Considering the very limited number of available rooms, though, we have to keep these rooms to our close family.

Listed below are great options for your stay in Provence.

Shuttles will be provided to and from all of these hotels on both days (8/31-9/1).

Château de Fonscolombe is a historical Relais & Châteaux hotel located just 15 min from La Gaude (outside Aix-en-Provence). A stay there is both breathtaking & relaxing.

Booking policy: In order to confirm your booking, a 20% deposit will be requested. Balance to be paid upon check-out.

Cancellation policy:  the unilateral termination of the booking by the Client 4 months before check-in won't generate any cancellation penalty. 

If a full cancellation arises between D-120 and D-30: any paid deposit will be kept.

In case of full cancellation less than 29 days before the check-in: 100% of the booking must be paid.

Any change of date of the booking will be considered as a cancellation (it not Covid-19 related).

Covid-19: if government, administrative, local, or national measures are taken due to Covid-19, involving:

- confinement

- curfew
and/or
- a limit on the number of guests < 100 guests

Exceptionally :
- cancellation fees won't apply
- the postponement of the booking won't induce additional fees (provided that the new date is available at the Hotel). If the postponement is not possible within 18 months from the original date, the paid deposit will be refunded.

Hotel Le Pigonnet is located in the heart of Aix-en-Provence; about 15/20 min drive from our wedding venue. 

It is a very beautiful city hotel, appropriate for those of you who want to enjoy the center of the town, its restaurants, cafés, morning market but want to be a step away from the center hustle. This Provencal house, bathed in sun, is part of the historical heritage of the city.
