Deposit
The deposit is $100 per person.

Placing the deposit secures the room and we have flexibility to add or remove travelers and adjust your dates up until 45 days prior to travel.

What you will see on your Credit Card Statement:
• Payments will be processed with CLASSIC VACATIONS
*refundable with travel insurance

Refunds
Should you cancel with insurance before the final payment date, refunds will be awarded from Classic Vacation, our wholesale supplier.
If you cancel after the final payment date, you are responsible to file a claim to receive your refund with the insurance company. We will provide documentation if needed.

Important Details

Please review
To be considered part of the wedding group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible for our bride and groom.

Extra Fees
Additional fees will apply to visit the resort or come to wedding related events should you book off property. The pre-negotiated rates include hotel accommodations, hotel tax and fees, housekeeping and bellman gratuities. Room categories are available on a first come, first serve basis within the block.

• IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights.
• Rates are available 3 days pre/post the room block dates (based on availability)

Changes
• Any changes must be done in writing and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.
• Changes made within 14 days of travel will incur a $25 fee.
• Last minute bookings within 21 days of travel will incur a $150 fee.

Travel Protection

Vagablonde Travel offers optional travel protection with Travel Insured International.

Rates will vary per person depending on your age, state, total value of your trip, and if you elect for the Cancel for Any Reason benefit. The average cost of your travel protection is about 6-10% of the total trip cost so it's a great investment!

You must add insurance within 21 days of booking if you want the Cancel For Any Reason Policy. Otherwise, the "Cancel For Any Reason" benefit will not apply and the only benefits will be for in-travel issues or covered reason. Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is non refundable.

Our office will send you a quote if you accept insurance on your form. If you decline, we will not send this to you. If our office books your air, we will include this value in your quote.

If you are not ready to purchase air, no problem. If after purchasing your policy, you buy your air, reach out to us and we will make the adjustment on your policy or send you directions to do so with the Travel Insurance Company. Any additions to the policy may require additional payments.


Ground Transportation

We will request your flight information around 30-45 days prior to travel.

You have two options.

- To be included in the group manifest (bring the cost down per person). All vehicles are private but you may be riding with other wedding guests.

-To book private for your party only.

We offer competitive rates with round trip private vans for your comfort and once we have a completed group manifest we will share per person rates the month of travel! Transportation is not included in the room rate but Vagablonde Travel will book and handle all of your transportation unless otherwise noted.

Flights

The closest airport to the resort is CANCUN International Airport (CUN).

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline or allow us to do so for a small fee of $39.

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged as well.

There is no guarantee that we have better flight prices than what you may find on your own and we cannot guarantee we are contracted with every airline. There may be instances when we cannot book your air if we do not have a contract with a specific airline, such as Spirit Airlines. We are also not able to use credit card points or miles towards your flight.

Correspondence from Vagablonde Travel

When you can expect to hear from us...

• Once your booking request (rooms are not guaranteed until confirmed by the office) is received, our office will process the booking internally. If for some reason we do not have your room or room nights in the block, we will request them. This process can take up to 72 hours so we ask for your patience.


• Once your booking is processed internally, Vagablonde Travel will send you a receipt showing your room category, dates, remaining balance, and how to make additional payments. This serves as your confirmation.

• 2 weeks prior to your second or final payment, Vagablonde Travel will send you a reminder in case you need to update your file with a new card.

• 4-5 weeks prior to travel, Vagablonde Travel will send you a reminder email requesting your flight information if we do not already have it. We will request transfer preferences. This information will be used to coordinate ground transportation as a group. We will work to group wedding guests together on arrival and departure to bring everyone’s ground transportation cost down.

• 4 weeks prior to travel you will receive an email with how to download the App for your final travel documents.

• 2 weeks prior to travel you will received your travel documents in the App.

Covid 19 Status

We understand this is an unprecedented situation and provided below is a statement from the resort regarding what they are doing to prepare for a safe vacation.

Vagablonde Travel's first priority is the safety of our clients and should this COVID19 situation escalate again, please rest assure that our couple will be provided with details and options for all of their guests. AMR Resorts has been very generous and flexible for all clients so again, know you are in good hands and can confidently book your vacation with Vagablonde Travel.

A negative COVID test is still required to enter the USA and we are excited to share that Dreams Natura will provide complimentary testing on site for ALL CLUB ROOMS prior to your departure. Other rooms will incur a $35 charge payable at the resort.

Generally the resort will schedule your testing time at check in or they will provide instructions to set your appointment with the concierge within the 1 days window prior to departure.

FAQ

WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes! A passport is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and Mexico. - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. I FOUND A CHEAPER PRICE ONLINE, CAN YOU MATCH IT?
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Vagablonde Travel please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated in the block at the resort for accountability and organization for the staff. To expedite the process, please take a dated screen shot of what you found. It must include the final total price (with all taxes and fees), what the price includes (dates and room category), the website you found it on.

DO I NEED A COVID TEST?
At this time, no testing is required to enter Mexico. See COVID 19 Status section for testing to return to the USA.

DOES MY INSURANCE COVER COVID OR THE PANDEMIC?
For further questions regarding the insurance policies we suggest you call the company direct after you receive your quote. They are specialist and we just offer their product. They have a cancel for any reason policy and over 25 covered reason should you need to cancel.
