Get ready for a night of fun, games, awesome food and performances! Take an opportunity to catch up with friends and make some new ones.
Appetizers, dinner, and open bar will be available starting at 7 pm. Henna will be available from 7 to 10 pm - go get yourself an awesome design to show off in the pictures! We will have games such as corn hole, putt-putt and Jenga, so we suggest creating drinking games out of these ;)
Performances will go from 9 to 9:45 pm - cheer on your fellow guests as they get up on the dance floor! Finally, we will end with an open dance floor until 11 pm. Bring your party shoes and cut a move!
The wedding will begin outside with the Baraat, which is the groom's procession to the temple. Anyone attending the Baraat should meet at the Temple Fountain at 9:30 AM (see picture to the right).
At the conclusion of the Baraat, guests will proceed into the North Hall of the temple where the ceremony will take place.
Breakfast will be served in the Banquet Hall from 8:30-9:45 AM. Lunch will be served in the Banquet Hall upon conclusion of the wedding ceremony, from approximately 12:30-1:45 PM.
We are providing a shuttle bus that will take guests from the Doubletree Hilton Somerset to the Sri Venkateswara Temple on a first come, first served basis.
The bus will leave the Doubletree at 8:00 AM, with additional trips at 8:45 and 9:30 AM.
The first shuttle will leave the temple at 1:05 PM to return guests to the Doubletree Somerset, with additional trips at 1:45 and 2:25 PM.
We are providing a shuttle bus that will take guests from the Doubletree Hilton Somerset to The Palace. The shuttle will make its first trip at 5:15 pm, with frequent trips back and forth as needed. The shuttle will be available at the Doubletree and Palace until 1:15 am, allowing guests to arrive at the venue later and leave earlier if needed. The trip intervals will be about 10 to 15 minutes since the hotel and venue are less than a mile apart.
