Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Jamaica! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa, and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below if you reside in the same household or assuming responsibility of their passport information. Those we are sharing the room but reside in separate location will be able to note their roommate name, by selecting (1) Traveler and we will manually update your invoice.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Montego Bay.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

5. Valid passport for each guest is required for travel.

Families, couples, and kids will love floating down the lazy river at the hotel's Sugar Mill Falls Water Park (one of the largest and most exhilarating water complexes in the Caribbean). We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 10 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of SERENITY SAND & SEAS TRAVEL, LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Serenity Sand & Seas Travel, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due no later than January 10, 2023, in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.
