Come down and see us on the beach for pre-wedding drinks at Nova Beach Bar right at the end of Altea beach - on the pebbles. Casual vibes. We have reserved the whole space. Magic Sangria and tunes await! :) :)

Finishing at 8pm so you can go out to dinner and we can get our beauty sleep! 

It´s at the end of the main beach before you get to the river (towards Hotel Cap Negret, left as you come out of PlantShack). It´s the only bar right on the beach you can´t miss it :)

Pick ups from Hotel Cap Negret at 08:15am.

You can walk from Cap Negret in 20mins. If you drive park behind Hotel Villa Gadea and we meet on the beach at the bottom of the steps.

We are getting married in the beautiful garden of our friends´ finca in the hills outside Altea and it´s a place which is very special to us.

Our wedding won´t be formal or conventional. We want it to be relaxed and a big party to celebrate with you all!

Buses will be provided from to and from Altea and the Wedding (approx. 20 mins away).

**We have arranged a few different transport options. Please check your email on Saturday 11th June for your times and location.***

The access to the venue is tricky so the bus will drop you off at the top of the road where shuttle buses will run you down to the venue. Or you can opt to walk the 4-5 mins down the hill (bring comfy shoes if you want to walk, there will be somewhere to store them).

TAXIS: Because of the single lane access issues we would prefer you to take the bus rather than a taxi to avoid traffic jams!  If you need a taxi for any reason or if you are coming locally, the Altea taxi number is +34 966 81 00 10

1.15-2.00pm: Guests arrive

2.30pm: Wedding Ceremony

3pm: Canapes, cava & live music in the Orchard

5pm: Dinner in the Courtyard

7pm: Special Surprise on the Top Field

8pm: First Dance 

8pm-2am: Dance floor is OPEN! Tunes.

9.30pm: Hot Dogs on the BBQ

***1AM & 2AM: Buses depart for Altea - dropping off at Hotel Cap Negret and Altea central (by PlantShack). Shuttle buses will start running up the hill to meet the coaches from 12.30***

There is no strict dress code - we want you to be  yourself and feel comfortable.  Dress for warm weather! It´s going to be HOT! Bring your dancing shoes. And sunscreen. 

Girls - some surfaces in the grounds are uneven so wedges or sandals are best. Guys - shorts & shirts are fine.

There will be room for you to store bags/spare shoes/jackets etc.

POOL: There is a small pool! Bring your swim stuff if you want to cool down :)

FOOD: Canapes will be served after the ceremony followed by a relaxed dinner in typical Spanish style, and hot dogs for everyone later in the evening.  

OPEN BAR:  Help yourself! There will be various bar points set up around the garden with wine, beer, prosecco/cava and some spirits. If you have a special drink or mixer you can't do without then feel free to BYO - it´s all very casual there is no corkage.

SOFT DRINKS: There will be also be cold-pressed juice from Plant Shack Juicery (hehe),  water and soft drinks. Cups of tea and coffee in the main house.

Aside from the entertainment of seeing us all dressed up and doing our vows, there will be live music, DJs and some special surprises. Let us know any special requests you have for music that mean something to you and us. See you on the dance floor!

POOL DAY! For those of you that are staying longer we have reserved an area by the pool at Hotel Cap Negret for the afternoon for anyone who wants to join us. It´s a gorgeous big pool area over-looking the beach with plenty of space for everyone.

Food & Drinks available to purchase at the pool bar. When you arrive go straight downstairs and out the back and you will see the pool area.
