Plan Your Stay
Here you will find the details and resources you will need to join us for our wedding weekend and help us celebrate our marriage!
Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat
Our venue is a truly unique location in a spectacular part of the world. Situated in the stunning vistas of Kangaroo Valley, our venue allows you to get off the beaten path and experience something truly special. Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat will provide our guests with the opportunity to get to know each other at a destination that is ours exclusively for the entire weekend.
Located less than two hours from both Sydney and Canberra, we have the entire 100-acre property to ourselves. Kangaroo Valley is a gem of the Southern Highlands, with scenery and wildlife that is simply breathtaking.
Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat has all our needs in one special location; on-site accommodation, a phenomenal rock cathedral, charming reception hall, bar, dance floor, outdoor al-fresco dining, activities, pool and bonfire area. It's a BYO venue (with cool room available) and as a private facility there is no traffic other than our guests so no need for taxis which helps keeps everyone's costs down plus it's curfew free!
The majority of guest accommodation is on site which allows everyone to celebrate, relax, slow down and connect with each other over the weekend.
A small number of cabins as additional accommodation have been secured 500m away from our venue at the neighbouring property, Banksia Park Cottages, which a few of our guests may be advised to expect depending on our RSVP returns.
Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat isn't a Hotel or B&B, so the accommodation doesn't include catering and there aren't any restaurants or cafés on the property.
We have asked our wonderful wedding caterer to prepare all additional meals for your stay. Katrina has put together a weekend menu using local food, local suppliers and organic produce where possible and she will provide options and considerations for any dietary requirements.
