The accommodation we have booked for you provides the best convenience and affordability in the region. As soon as we have final numbers confirmed via RSVPs, we will be in touch to let you know your specific accommodation details with consideration for families, social networks and special needs in mind.

Our stunning venue is remotely located within the secluded Kangaroo Valley, approximately 10km from the small Village centre.

While there are plenty of places to stay in and around the region, they tend to range from small boutique hotels and bed and breakfasts to luxury spa retreats and holiday cottages. These options are fairly expensive, often booked out upwards of 6 months in advance and very few can accomodate larger wedding parties on one site or within close proximity to each other.

Thankfully one of the unique aspects of our venue is it provides on-site accommodation. With 8 self contained charming cabins, a large and spacious guest lodge and a glamping village, the bush retreat can accomodate up to 88 guests which allows a variety of flexible configuration options. 

Banksia Park Cottages are located a short 500 metre walk from Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat. We have booked additional cottages here for our guests, to ensure we can accomodate all our family and friends in close proximity to our extended weekend celebrations. The cabins are similar in style, comfort, amenities and sleeping configurations to the cabins at Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat

We have already booked and paid in advance for all our guest accommodations and additional weekend meals package. We are asking our guests return the cost to us through direct transfer to the account details below.

The cost will be $230 per adult and $195 per child for the two nights all-inclusive package. 

Babies and children under three eat free of charge and there is no cost for accommodation if they are sleeping in travel cots in their parents rooms.

On arrival, guests will be welcomed by the on site car park, where you can leave your vehicle and proceed to exploring the grounds or head straight to your accommodation. There is no check-in or reception desk. The site map is located at the entry to the accommodation area, which will specify each room and its occupants. Your rooms will be unlocked with the keys left for you at the door.

On Arrival, guests are to check in via reception to receive directions to their Cabin.

Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat has ample on site parking for all our guests. With everything included in our venue package, there will be no stress of driving, traffic or parking to worry about.

Guests may drive up to their cabins to unload their luggage, however cars are to be left in the car park overnight.

Guests accommodated at neighbouring Banksia Park Cottages have parking sites allocated with their cabins. Guests are free to drive or walk the 500 meters to Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat for the celebrations and activities.

To reduce the expense for families and guests traveling from afar, we have arranged a transfer bus to depart Sydney Airport to mitigate the costs of car hire. This light bus will be departing the airport at 1pm on Friday 23rd August 2019 to enable guests to arrive in time for the BBQ Dinner celebrations. The bus will have a trailer for your luggage, and will be driven by the one of the Groom's distinguished soldiers.

The bus will be departing the the venue after brunch on Sunday 25th August 2019, to arrive at Sydney Airport no later than 3pm.
