Guests can RSVP by making a $50 per person deposit for their room reservation with our Passport Travelers Agency Destination Wedding coordinator. Our guest list will be provided to us by them. Please RSVP by October 15, 2023.
Please contact Samantha and Joel if you would like to bring additional guests or if you have any special requests. All invited guests are more than welcome to bring additional travel companions and friends to enjoy the vacation with us. Passport Travelers Agency can arrange travel for these additional friends and family members coming on vacation, but not attending the event.
As much as we would love all of your loving children to join us for our vow renewal we have a limited capacity for guests. If you would like to bring your children to Jamaica please have a separate conversation with us first. Thank you!
The resort has limited availability (due to social distancing and other factors); therefore, we are asking for family and close friends to RSVP with Passport Travelers Agency by making a $50 per person deposit by October 15, 2023, to be added to our confirmed guest list and group activities.
We want nothing more for than our friends and family to enjoy their VACATION :) . Please feel free to arrive as early in advance as you'd like and stay at the resort for as long as you'd like. Enjoy yourself, and VACATION :) To maximize your vacation time, enjoy excursions, enjoy the wedding, and have time for yourself, we recommend the following date range: July 11 – July 15, 2024 (Additionally, the resort has a 3-night minimum stay requirement.)
Deposit Due - non-refundable deposit, $50 per person – Due by October 15, 2023. Final Balance Due - Anytime before March 15, 2024. Travel protection is recommended. All payments are non-refundable after the Final Balance Due Date *Partial payments are recommended – some guests prefer to pay for their trip in monthly installments, while others ensure that they’re paid in full anytime prior to the final balance due date. After final payment is made we highly encourage you to secure your flight, purchase your attire for the weekend, and start getting excited!

September 2023 - Deposit - $50 pp ($100 total)

You're welcome to pay your balance however you choose, as long as your total balance is paid in full by March 15, 2024.
Absolutely! We strongly recommend travel protection. Just like other investments (house, car, health, jewelry), the travel protection plan helps to protect your travel investment from any unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your trip. Please see travel protection options in the link below.
Travel Protection Insurance
The $50 deposit is non-refundable. We strongly recommend that each guest purchase Trip Protection from any trusted supplier. Final balances are due March 15, 2024. All rooms and room nights are non-refundable following March 15, 2024, and any applicable refunds must be requested from your travel protection supplier.
Example 1: The guest pays the balance in full prior to March 15, 2024, and cancels prior to March 15, 2024. The $50 deposit is non-refundable. All other partial payments will be refunded. (Guests with travel protection insurance are refunded the $50 per guest deposit.).
Example 2. Guest pays the balance in full prior to March 15, 2024, and cancels following March 15, 2024. All payments are non-refundable following March 15, 2024. (Please file a claim directly with your Trip Protection provider for any non-refundable fees).
Travel Protection Insurance
Yes, we request that all guests only utilize our dedicated planner and travel coordinators at Passport Travelers Agency, whom we have hired to manage our guest list. This helps us to keep the entire group organized and included in our planned group activities and informed of logistics and frequent updates. Everyone will receive a group discount, so you’ll always pay less than the internet by using Passport Travelers Agency, and most importantly, you will receive concierge-level service from them. Additionally, Passport Travelers Agency has flexible payment plans, making your travel arrangements even more affordable and convenient. If you've ever tried to contact an online travel company to make changes or cancellations, you'll appreciate the benefit of using a local, boutique travel agency (especially during times of uncertainty).
All-Inclusive resorts offer all you can eat (gourmet restaurants and buffets), you-can-drink (alcohol, mixed drinks, daiquiris, and non-alcoholic beverages), Entertainment (the resort will have daily and nightly activities including shows and a nightclub), Room Service includes 24-hour room service of food. Absolutely! If the resort has availability for your travel dates. For your convenience, we have pre-selected the most popular rooms on our wedding website's booking pages. If you wish to book a different room type, please indicate your desired room on your reservation form. Passport Travelers Agency will contact you with pricing, availability, and the next steps. Time waits for no one :) Book without them and add them to your reservation at a later time. Since prices and availability are subject to change, be sure to reserve the room for just yourself and we can add them when they are ready. Solo occupancy hotel rates are sometimes higher than double occupancy. When we add your travel companion in the future, you'll recognize the double occupancy savings. Rates are refreshed at the time future changes are made.
We recommend booking travel protection along with your itinerary. See Travel Protection options using the link below. This travel protection plan must be purchased within one week of booking your room. If you are looking for independent, outside coverage that is purchased separately, please do your research and book with any trusted travel protection provider as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are non-refundable, except through qualified travel protection reimbursements.

All final payments are due March 15, 2024. Partial payments are encouraged, but not required. Reminders will be sent frequently.
We suggest setting up flight alerts. Our favorite is Google flights because it includes a wider range of airlines. Use search engines to find the best deal, but remember to book the flight itself directly via the airline to maximize your flexibility if your plans were to change. Homework: Once your flights are booked, please provide us with your flight details so that we can arrange your ground transportation from the airport to the resort, and vice versa.
Flight itinerary form
When searching for flights, the airport you are flying to is Montego Bay Jamaica - Sangster International Airport (MBJ).
We highly recommend securing your transportation in advance along with your room reservation. You can get taxis or shuttle transportation at the airport/resort, but they are usually more expensive when buying directly on the same day. Pricing for your group for Round Trip Transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport is: $60 per (min 2 people) – direct non-stop service, only guests from the wedding group will be transported in the same vehicle. If you wish to be transported alone or with specific companions, without other members of the wedding group, please email us at hello@passporttravelersagency.com to inquire about other options.
Passports are required at the time of travel. If you provide Passport Travelers Agency with your full legal name, you can arrange travel in advance. Instructions to apply for passports can be found here. Expedited Passports now can take up to 12 weeks - we do recommend getting your passport as soon as possible. Please allow 12-16 weeks for standard passport applications to process following your scheduled appointment with a passport "acceptance facility". If you do not obtain your passport prior to travel, you are responsible for any associated cancellation fees.
