The Wedding will begin promptly at 5:30pm. We kindly ask that you arrive at 5:00pm. It will take a lot of time to walk from your hotel room or the parking garage, so please plan accordingly!

Wedding Attire

Black Tie Optional Attire Requested

We kindly request that all guests dress to impress and wear Black-Tie Optional attire.

In Honor of the Bride, please do not wear white!

Men are requested to wear a tuxedo, but can choose to wear a formal / dark suit instead if they prefer. Women can choose either a floor length formal evening gown, an elegant cocktail dress, elegant jumper, or dressy separates.

Kids Area at Our Wedding!

To Our Guests With Children,

For our Wedding Ceremony & Reception we will have an on-site event childcare company called Wedding Sitter supervising and entertaining our Little Guests during pre-ceremony and during our reception from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM in the Rose Ballroom Foyer. It is located at the bottom of the escalator one floor down from the rooftop where the wedding will be held.

There will be signage to guide you, as well as two sitters to escort you to the space.

Wedding Sitter® will be providing supervision of the children’s dinner along with assistance. They will have Coloring Activity Books, Arts & Crafts, Board Games, Toys, Lego Station, Books, Jump Ropes, Hula Hoops, Music, Age Appropriate Movies (Includes TV & DVD Players),White Teepee Set Up With Throw Pillows & Soft Play Toys.
Plenty of age appropriate toys and games for toddlers too! Plus travel cribs (Pack N Play), and blankets and bedding for those who wish to nap in a quiet space.

Wedding Sitter® Professional Sitter Team are CPR & Pediatric & Adult First Aid AED Certified, Insured Liability Insurance Certification, Fully Vetted, Energetic Sitter Staff. We Engage & PLAY.....Just A Room Away!

Service Timeline
5:00 PM - Sign In/Drop Off Service Begins Pre-Ceremony
12:00 AM - Services Ends
Children are welcome to attend the ceremony or stay with the Wedding Sitter Team

If you would like your child(ren) to sit with you for dinner in the main reception area, we will have a place setting at their table for them in both locations. 
Wedding Sitter Dinner service is at 8:00 PM.

Wedding Sitter Team will escort your children to your table at the main reception at any time or text you to come to the kids area at any time to be able to check on your child throughout the event. Wedding Sitter Team will escort children to and from the bathroom and attend to diaper changing needs.

After the ceremony, main speeches, dinner service, and the dance floor opens up your children are welcome to join us on the dance floor!

For Little Guests we suggest parents bring the following:
Diaper bags filled with diapers, wipes, snacks, baby food, bottles, milk/formula, pacifier, soothing toys/blanket and two changes of clothes, PJ's, and a sweater or sweatshirt.

Directions & Map

Rose Rooftop at Resorts World Las Vegas

The Rose Rooftop is at the end of the retail & restaurant corridor. It's on the top floor above Zouk Nightclub. You can access the rooftop either from the 1st floor (casino/retail/restaurants) or the 2nd floor directly from the hotel towers if you are staying at Resorts World. 

Please see the attached photo of the property map or by scrolling below. You will take the elevator (arrow indicated) to the top floor (6th floor). The elevator will open to the wedding ceremony and reception location.

The Rose Rooftop se encuentra al final del corredor de tiendas y restaurantes. Está en el último piso sobre Zouk Nightclub. El acceso del Rose Rooftop se puede encontrar desde el primer piso (casino/tiendas minoristas/restaurantes) o desde el segundo piso directamente desde las torres del hotel si se hospeda en Resorts World.

Consulte la foto adjunta al mapa de la propiedad o desplazándose hacia abajo. Tomará el elevador (indicado por la flecha) hasta el último piso (sexto piso). El elevador se abrirá a la ubicación de la ceremonia de la boda y la recepción.

The After Party

Immediately following the wedding reception, an After Party will begin! Guests will be escorted to the After Party location at midnight. The after party will conclude at 2am.
