We will offer transportation to Watch Tower Lodge, from Icons, via party bus. Children are allowed on the party bus. Starting at 8:30PM, the party bus will run between Watch Tower Lodge and the hotels. You can order an Uber or Lyft to get you home from there, if you are not staying at the hotels. 

When is the RVSP deadline? Please respond as soon as you can but we have a hard deadline of February 10th. It is all online so it is quick and simple. Feel free to message Adam (563-343-9600) or Ryane (630-947-4811), as an alternative way to RSVP.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors? The ceremony and reception will be indoors but be prepared when traveling. It’s March in the Midwest so there could be snow, rain, or warm weather.

Can I bring my children? We cannot accommodate everyone’s children. It will be clear on your invitations if we have room for your little ones. However, you will have to make a parenting decision at 9PM.

What is at 9PM? Dancing and dessert starts at 7PM. At 9PM, we will have some drinking games and late night food available to keep the celebration going. This will not be very child-friendly. We appreciate any effort you make to celebrate with us, including making arrangements ahead of time.

What should I wear? Festive cocktail attire!
Go-ahead and have fun getting ready. No colors are off limits, including white. You can wear typical darker cocktail-party attire or go for bolder colors and playful accessories. Basically, we are asking for no “jeans and a t-shirt” attire, unless you plan on rocking a classy Canadian Tuxedo.

TL;DR - Dress to impress but keep it classy. Although, you might look classy in a tuxedo speedo; please save that for after 9PM!

What time should I arrive? Please arrive at the Ceremony between 1-1:20PM. See the “Gatherings” tab for other arrival information.

Wheelchair accessible? Yes! The church and Watchtower Lodge are wheelchair accessible.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? Due to space, we can accommodate only family and out-of-town guests for dinner. Open bar, desserts, and late night food will be available to everyone.

Will there be any special diet options? Vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options will be available upon request. Please indicate it on your RSVP. Please ask the caterers for food allergy information.

Where are you registered? Ikea, Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, Crate & Barrel, and Williams & Sonoma. MyRegistry.com combined all of these together, plus some other items. All the registries update daily, whether you purchase online or in-store. If you are purchasing online, please use the link in the registry section of this website/app.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media? PLEASE, DO NOT TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY. We ask this to avoid interfering with our professional photographers. Feel free to take/post photos at any other time.
