- Huisgerookte zalm met een compote van avocado, crème van citroen en chips van cassave

- Carpaccio van rundvlees met truffel crème, oude kaas en salade

- Aziatische fusionsalade met vegetarische runderstukjes

Hoofdgerecht:

- Black Angus beef en saus van rode wijn, aardappel mousseline en groenten

- Trio van gamba, sliptong en zalm met aardappel mousseline, groenten en Beurre Blanc saus

When we first arrived at Slot Doddendael we fell in love with the intimate warmth, beautiful sight and location. Slot Doddendael describes us as couple, it is our perfect venue to say 'I Do’ and have the most important people in our lives to be by our sides during our big day.
