Helena Mendez
Bridesmaid & the Groom's Sister

Helena is Rob's older sister and the big sister Corinne never had. They became close when Corinne and Rob started dating and Helena's family hosted weekly Taco Tuesday (and sometimes Wine Wednesday). She is beloved for her sly sense of humor (including continually bringing her and Greg's little boys, Worth, Townes, and Brooks, to ding dong ditch Corinne and Rob early in the morning and leaving terrifying baby dolls hidden throughout Corinne and Rob's house), innate style and grace,  killer interior design taste, and constantly giving and unselfish personality.
Shelby Sullins
Bridesmaid & the Bride's Sister-in-Law

Shelby married Corinne's middle brother Hogan in winter of 2018, but she was a part of the Sullins family long before that.  They have shared hiking trips in Arkansas and ski trips in Colorado, and both love coming home to Arlington more than anything. The two have become close through years of family vacations, mutual eyerolling at Corinne's brother, and fireside chats. Corinne loves her because of her thoughtful, patient disposition, love for the outdoors and the little things, and natural beauty, inside and out. In the wild (and fun!) hurricane that can be Corinne's fam, Shelby is always the eye.
Nicole Davis
Bridesmaid & the Groom's Sister-in-Law

Nicole is Rob's older brother Kenady's wife, and mom to Rob's nephews Little Kenady and [NAME TO BE DETERMINED JANUARY 2020]. They became close over the last three years, including on a trip to the Bahamas where she showed her real passion for gambling, and on a recent trip to London at Christmastime where Nicole passed along her love of Indian cuisine to Corinne. She is a bright beam of energy, athleticism, and positivity, but Corinne loves her dearly for her unwavering authenticity and self-assuredness.

Emily Kirby
Bridesmaid

Emily and Corinne met online in 2013 when they were both moving to Austin for law school. They met for drinks, fell quickly in friend-love despite their height difference, and decided to live together for the next three years. During that time, they had a litany of life-changing experiences, including:

- getting snowed into their apartment (in Austin, Texas!) and subsequently losing a hand of Blackjack which required them to adopt a cat, which they named Master P and loved unconditionally

- studying for and passing the Texas Bar together

- watching every single episode of Thirty Rock, Gilmore Girls, and Criminal Minds known to man

- living together for 6 months in Switzerland while subsisting on nutella, swiss cheese, and apples alone

- sneaking into Russia without proper visas, riding camels in Morocco, getting threatened by undercover KGB officers in Turkey, Oktoberfest, and eating pasta for 9 days straight in Italy

They have a long-distance relationship now, but talk every week and miss each other constantly. And yes, this reads like the "How They Met" section of a couple's wedding website, but that is only fitting given that their neighborhood grocer thought they were dating all throughout their time in Austin. They didn't correct her.

April Ivy
Bridesmaid

Corinne first met April when Corinne transferred to Texas A&M from Mizzou. She was immediately drawn to April because they were so different - April is the bubbliest, most positive person around, has mad organizational skills, and nurtures a surprising love of rap music. Over the last 10 years, they have shared all of life's ups and downs - they lived the high life on Saturday nights in College Station at Fuego, recovered by watching the Harry Potter movies on Sundays, road tripped to the University of Alabama to watch Johnny Manziel beat the Tide in person, vacationed in Florida, lived it up in Austin, and spent much of their twenties together in Houston. April is one of the most consistent, kind, and positive people, and she is always able to share her perspective lovingly. She is the first person Corinne calls when she needs advice, and Corinne is so thankful to have April with her on her  wedding day.
Maria Stavinoha
Bridesmaid

Corinne met Maria her first year of law school when her classmate, John Stavinoha (one of Rob's groomsmen) announced he was taking a girl (his now-wife) on a first date...to a villa in Mexico. During Corinne's time studying in Switzerland, Maria was working in Germany, and they traveled together frequently, including to Vienna and Munich for Oktoberfest. Since then, they both moved to Houston and became close friends through yoga + Tiny Boxwood's, trips to New York and Paris, book club, and Maria's own wedding. Corinne is able to see past the fact that Maria's pantry is only stocked with vegan/paleo "snacks"  because Maria is brilliant (even though she misses some 90's pop culture references since she was born and raised in Bulgaria), adventurous, little but mighty, ambitious, thoughtful, and confident.
Hannah Hamilton
Bridesmaid

Hannah lays claim to the title of "Oldest Friend" - they met when they were in 7th grade. Since then, Corinne and Hannah were in Junior High and High School Show Choir for 6 years together, have often been confused for one another, have explored New York City and Florida together, and were fortunate to live in Austin at the same time when Hannah moved there for work. Hannah is brilliant, hardworking, fun-loving, self-assured, and down-to-earth - she is a real breath of fresh air even after 17 years of friendship. Corinne is honored and grateful to have such a dear lifelong friend by her side.
Amy Bergeron
Bridesmaid

Amy and Corinne became friends their first year of law school and have spent their early career together in Houston. Amy has a rare and special kind of humor - she is the wittiest, quickest person you'll ever meet, due in large part to being wickedly smart, but she can also always be counted on to be a loving and supportive friend. They have tried out half the restaurants in Houston together, and Amy always succeeds in making her friends laugh when they need it, listening to them in the most unselfish way, and providing honest wisdom when its called for. Other fun facts - Amy is the most die-hard UT Longhorn fan and never misses a game, and can usually be found accompanied by her pup Winston. Corinne and Amy have adventured to Colorado and explored Massachusetts together over the last few years and Corinne is excited to take the party to Jamaica with Amy.
