In light of current events, our wedding date has been postponed to the weekend of November 7, 2020, which happens to be the four-year anniversary of our first date!

While we are disappointed to delay our marriage, the health and safety of our loved ones must come first, and we are certain that the joy we experience when we can finally celebrate our marriage will surpass anything we ever imagined.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

RESERVATIONS

If you had already booked a room, your existing room reservations has automatically been moved to November 7th, and you should have received an automatic e-mail confirmation from Round Hill confirming the transfer. Round Hill is honoring all of our existing rates so there will be no unexpected additional charges. There is no need for you to contact the resort to move your reservation unless you booked through a third-party vendor such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or if you need to cancel or change your reservation dates. In that event, please contact Menseita Ottey by email at menseita@roundhill.com.

FLIGHTS

Our understanding is that airlines like American and United have been accommodating of cancellations and rescheduling during this time period. Southwest is offering its usual policy of rescheduling at no cost. Flights during that weekend seem to be a bit more affordable than they were during May, so we are hopeful that this delay may ultimately benefit some of our guests.

CANCELLATIONS

We can't wait to see all of you in November when we can finally get married. However, if your circumstances have changed and attending our wedding on its new date is no longer a feasible or wise choice for your family, please contact Menseita Ottey at __________ or by e-mail at menseita@roundhill.com to obtain a full refund. You will be asked to selected a level of room and to pay the base price for your selection. All taxes and fees will be charged later at the time of the wedding.

Round Hill offers several different styles of accomodation:

Oceanfront Hotel Room - $279/night + taxes and gratuity

Deluxe Villa Suite - $389/night + taxes and gratuity

Luxury Villa Suite - $539/night + taxes and gratuity

All room reservations require a 3-night minimum stay to receive the discounted rate. Please remember when booking your stay that the wedding festivities commence Thursday evening, May 28th and conclude with the wedding on Saturday, May 30th. Of course, you may choose to extend your stay either before or after the wedding weekend for up to an additional 3 nights at the group rates listed above.

Please note that the group rates listed above are for single/double occupancy only. A triple occupancy will attract an additional $89.00 per night plus taxes. There is a maximum occupancy of three persons per room. Children 2-12 years stay free in the parents' room (one child per room).

Round Hill is comprised of traditional Oceanfront Guestrooms and individual Private Villas.

Oceanfront Guestrooms: Designed by Ralph Lauren, the Oceanfront Guestrooms are located in the main Pineapple House and overlook Round Hill Bay. They are steps away from the main infinity pool, beach, and the lobby. The rooms include all the usual amenities for your comfort, but they do not have a TV. Sorry, not sorry. 

Private Villas: Each of the 27 Private Villas are located on the hillside with a breathtaking view of Round Hill Bay. The Villas, which are each unique and individualized to the tastes of their private owners, range from two- to six-bedrooms, are comprised of a mixture of "Deluxe" and "Luxury" Villa Suites, and include a private pools. Each of the Villa Suites is located in one of the  Private Villas (see below).

Villa Suites: For a truly special experience, we recommend guests book a Deluxe or Luxury Villa Suite, which is simply one of the rooms in a Private Villa. Each Villa Suite features an enclosed bedroom, en-suite bathroom, its own an open-air living room or veranda, and a shared pool. Villa housekeepers and chefs are on site most of the day to prepare made-to-order breakfasts and lunches for $30 a person, if desired. 

We strongly encourage guests, when able, to book either a Deluxe or Luxury Villa Suite to enjoy the full experience of Round Hill - they are spectacular. Because the villas are privately owned, Round Hill cannot guarantee a particular villa's availability at the time of booking, so guests will simply indicate to the reservationist: (1) which level of villa suite they would prefer (deluxe or luxury), and (2) any preferences for other guests they might share a villa with. Round Hill will work directly with Corinne and Rob to ensure guests are grouped in the same Villas as their preferred friends or family.

Rob has always been an island boy at heart. He grew up visiting Lyford Cay Club in the Bahamas, an island club with old world charm that feels like stepping into a Bond movie. It has always been his favorite place on earth. It is where Corinne experienced her first Davis Family Vacation, and after two and a half years of dating, it is where Rob asked Corinne to marry him.

When we imagined our wedding day, we pictured somewhere like Lyford Cay, so we set about looking for a classic Caribbean destination that was elegantly understated, historical, relaxing and most of all, FUN!

A final note - we recognize that this is your vacation, and we are so grateful that you have chosen to spend it with us. Everything we have planned, and everything offered at Round Hill, is merely a suggestion. We simply ask that you do whatever makes you happiest. 


Round Hill is home to warm turquoise waters on a private beach and a gorgeous natural reef. Take a complimentary snorkel, or let Round Hill take you water-skiing, wakeboarding, or tubing. Book a boat or go scuba diving if you wish to venture further out into the sea. Round Hill also boasts a beautiful infinity pool with cabanas for sunbathing.

Tryall Golf Course, which has been welcoming guests for more than 50 years, is just minutes away. Guests enjoy complimentary transportation to the course. Make arrangements with the concierge and mention that you are with the Sullins/Davis wedding for a discounted rate.

Round Hill offers five green clay tennis courts and complimentary rackets and balls for every level of player. Don't be afraid to give it a shot if you haven't played before - Corinne hasn't played a sport since she was four years old, and this is one of her favorite vacation activities!

Round Hill recommends several different excursions through third-parties to experience Jamaica, from exploring the jungle, waterfalls, or treetops, to ocean adventures like deep sea fishing and catamaran sailing, to heritage tours like Rose Hall Plantation or the Appleton Rum Estate. Book with the concierge.

The concierge, Kingsley, has been with Round Hill for 40 years and is beloved by all. He offers tours of the villas to give interested guests an opportunity to see the varied interior design styles and Georgian architecture, as well as learn the history of each villa. Please let the reservationist know if you are interested and she will set up a group time for a tour.

One of the best resort spas in the Caribbean, the Spa at Round Hill is spectacular, situated in a beautifully restored 18th century plantation house, and featuring an extensive menu of services. Book services through the concierge. Any spa treatments of 50 minutes or more booked prior to our arrival date will receive a 20% discount.

Enjoy a brand new, state-of-the-art fitness center while looking out on the exquisite panoramas of the Caribbean,  as well as an open-air yoga pavilion. Yoga is offered every morning at 9 a.m. Round Hill also offers a lovely walking and jogging path that takes you right along the sea shore.
