We cannot wait to celebrate with you in beautiful Cancun, Mexico! Below is important information regarding travel.

To make booking travel as seamless as possible, we have hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodations. We've chosen Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach for our wedding and we have arranged a room block for our guests.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Please note that rooms must be booked at our hotel so that you can be included in our wedding and invited to all wedding weekend events.

2. Only 1 person from your party needs to make a room reservation using the form below. Please do not have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

3. Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach is a family resort. All rooms have king beds or 2 double beds.

4. Transportation to and from the resort is already included in your room block price. 

5. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please make your reservations ASAP since we only have a certain amount of rooms for this price.

The closest airport to the resort is CANCUN AIRPORT (CUN).

If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

We are not able to use credit card points or miles toward your flight.

To be considered part of the wedding group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make booking as simple as possible. Additional fees will apply to visit the resort or come to wedding-related events should you book off the property. The pre-negotiated rates include all-inclusive hotel accommodations, hotel tax, and fees. Room categories are available on a first-come, first-serve basis within the block. Please see below for room categories.


• IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights.

• Rates are available 3-5 nights pre/post the room block (based on availability)

• Any changes must be done in writing (via email) and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront before they are confirmed.

These are the least expensive rooms. We have them available for 3-5 nights

Ocean View Suite 

Comfortable 52 square-meter suite, located on the first three levels of the resort. Designed with marble floors and pastel colors, they offer a living room and private balconies furnished with glass rails that allow perfect visibility to the beach and the Caribbean Sea. Inside is a King Size bed. Bathrooms are spacious and feature separate dressing tables.

3 Nights: $1824.84 for 2 Adults with transportation to/from the resort.

4 Nights: $2414.44 for 2 Adults with transportation to/from the resort.

5 Nights: $3005.06 for 2 Adults with transportation to/from the resort.

Ocean Front Suite

For those looking for exceptional comfort, this suite, located on the 4th floors of the resort offer a private furnished balcony, with glass rails that allow you to enjoy exceptional views of the Caribbean Sea and the lagoon pool. Designed with marble floors and pastel colors, this suite contains a separate living room and a King Size bed in the bedroom. Bathrooms are spacious and feature separate dressing tables.

3 Nights: $2245.62 for 2 Adults with transportation to/from the resort.

4 Nights: $2975.48  for 2 Adults with transportation to/from the resort.

5 Nights: $3705.36 for 2 Adults with transportation to/from the resort.

WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes! A passport is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and Mexico - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. The price of the room includes transfers to and from the airport. Once you know your flight information, please email it to our travel agent (Dorothy@sunlovertravel.net) so she can arrange transportation for you. 

The attire will be Indian/American formal. Most people will be wearing Indian attire. We've linked a couple of websites for reference.

We'll be providing a shuttle from the hotel to the church and back. 

Nope. You can book your flight on your own. This allows our guests to use their credit card points and airline miles towards the cost of the flight. However, if you need assistance booking your flight you can contact our travel agent Dorothy. 

Other than your outfit for the wedding, pack whatever you would bring with you on a tropical vacation. The resort is beautiful we want you all to take full advantage of all that it has to offer. Remember to pack sunscreen, sandals, a hat and sunglasses.

Everything! All your meals and drinks are included in the price of your room. The mini bar, 24 hour room service, the kids club, non motor sports and daily activities are all included as well.
