To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Iberostar Grand Rose Hall (Adults Only) and Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites (Family), and would encourage you to book your stay with us!

This is YOUR vacation as well! You can stay at the resort for up to 7 nights within our discounted room block.
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people staying in the same room fill out the form.

2. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving MBJ.

It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give JB Romantic Journey’s (or our affiliates) permission to charge your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $150 per person is due no later than Friday, September 20, 2023 in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

** The Second Deposit Payment of 75% of total booking is due by March 20, 2024 (No worries, for your convenience we will send you reminders).
***Final balance is due by Wednesday, May 1, 2024***

Passport Information Your passport must be valid 6 months from return date.
Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in.

Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.
Flights Info The airport we're flying into is Montego Bay (MBJ)

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Since you'll be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the airport (MBJ) is included!
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well.
In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

*Words of Advice*
- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.

Things To Do In Jamaica
Please note within 30 days of travel you will be provided with the most up-to-date list of tours available.
But rest assured there is PLENTY to do at the resort and already included in your stay.
Notes Of Importance 

PLEASE READ! We Only Have 30 Rooms Guaranteed
Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 30 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $100+ USD just to access the event/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of JB Romantic Journey’s please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.
