How to Book Your Room
To make things simple we have hired Cherie P to help our guests arrange accommodations. Cherie is the #1 Hard Rock travel agent in the WORLD. We are confident Cherie has provided our guests the best rate possible. There is NO extra charge to use the travel agent, so please take advantage of it.
1. To attend our wedding and events, you must book through our travel agent, Cherie. No exceptions will be made. That is the only way to obtain our guaranteed room rates and be recognized as part of our exclusive wedding group.
2. Minimum $200 deposit is required to secure your room. Use the link below to submit your deposit.
3. Payment plans can be set up with our Travel Agent Cherie for your convenience. We have included her contact information below.
4. The room block requires a 3-night minimum stay.
5. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible.
6. To avoid a single occupancy premium, we suggest you bring a guest.
7. Prices include all meals/snacks, top shelf alcohol, non-alcoholic drinks, 24/7 room service, daily/nightly entertainment, hotel taxes, gratuities and more.
8. This is your vacation so you can stay as long as you’d like. Raylene and Terrance will be at the resort from February 27th 2024 until March 5th, 2024, and have also blocked out rooms for those dates. Main Events will take place February 29th through March 3rd.
