We highly recommend booking transportation to and from the airport. If you do not book in advance, as you exit the airport, there will be hundreds of taxi/shuttle services offering you rides, but they can often be expensive relative to the quality of service you receive. There are many transportation companies out there, but VIP Transportation (link below) is the one we have used many times on our travels to Cabo.
