Schedule

10:30 AM - Seating and live music

11:00 AM - Ceremony outdoors on the roof  (in Tiffany Gallery on first floor if it's raining)

Noon - Cocktails outdoors on the roof (in lobby if it's raining)

1:15 pm - Brunch and dancing in the Wisteria Room, followed by cake cutting

Until closing - self-guided tours of the museum are available (and highly recommended)!

Shuttles

*** Saturday Morning Bus for Wedding Party (and Readers) leaves the Forester promptly at 9:30 AM CDT.

*** Saturday Morning Shuttle for the ceremony leaves the Forester promptly at 10:00 AM CDT.

*** Return Bus to Forester and Deer Path Inn departs the Halim Museum at 4:30 PM.

Shuttle Information

We are pleased to provide a  Shuttle Bus for those staying at the Forester and attending the Welcome Dinner.  The shuttle will leave the Forester at 6:15 PM, with return departure at 9:30 PM.

We have reserved a hospitality room at The Forester so our wedding guests can relax, dine, and chat.

** Informal dinner, snacks, and conversation all evening long, with a visit by the bride and bridegroom **
