Accomodations
We hope that if you decide to take advantage of the open bar you will consider staying at one of our hotel blocks or any of the other accommodations close by. Any Conroe hotel will be about 5 minutes from the venue. Any hotel in the Woodlands will be about 15-25 minutes away from the venue.
We will provide a link for the first two hotels for group rates. Look out sometime early this week for that.

Enjoy our Friendly Texas Hospitality at the Fairfield Conroe located near The Woodlands. Our hotel is close to Lake Conroe for boating, swimming and fishing activities. The Conroe Fairfield is located off Interstate 45 (Exit 89) at FM 3083, and minutes from Lone Star Executive Airport.
