Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico ! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Hardrock Rivera Maya, and would encourage you to stay with us!

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE- We have secured a group contract at a discounted rate/ But due to how close the wedding is we need to have 50% of rooms booked and paid by Nov 16th. If that does not happen we may make changes which can effect the rate! No money will be charged on your cards until we see how many people sign up by the 16th!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

Closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport (CUN)
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 25 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $207 a day/per person.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of our contract please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give CS Elements Travel LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% of room cost is due no later than November 16th, 2023, in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.
