Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodations. We've chosen to stay at the UNICO 2087, and encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below (Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form).

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests.                                                             - We've quoted prices for groups of 2, but having 3 guests will bring the price, per person, down only nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit using the booking link as soon as possible!

5. There is a 3-night minimum stay at the resort so please work with Lisa to book the required room nights and your flights accordingly.

You will be flying into the Cancun International Airport (CUN). We highly suggest that you arrive at the resort on or before Thursday October 31, 2024 to take full advantage of the weekend's festivities.

You can book your flight yourself or include it in your package with our agent. If you want our agent to help book your hotel and flight, in the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.
If you want to book your own flight, in the reservation section do not mark "YES" to the flight question. If you are booking your own flight we recommend booking as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline and/or use your miles/points if you prefer.

Friendly reminder that the Wedding is on Saturday, November 2, 2024. 

While Chenango Travel can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.

We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Powell-Cannan wedding party who are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort
due to overbooking.

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Chenango Travel (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due at the time of booking but please book no later than June 5, 2024, in order to secure your room and shared round-trip airport/resort/airport transportation.

A Second Deposit Payment of 50% of each guest's total reservation cost is due by July 1, 2024.

Optional Travel Protection pricing upon request. The average cost of your travel protection is about 6-10% of the total trip cost.*

To review coverage and purchase travel protection please email lisa@chenangotravel.com and she will send you a quote or simply check Yes on the insurance question via the registration form. Lisa will send you a quote for Travel protection and a link to book.

Your passport must be valid 6 months after you return from travel.

In this case, that means that your passport cannot expire before May 5, 2025. If your passport is going to expire before May 5, 2025, or you need to register for a new passport, please apply/renew your passport now as to ensure that you receive it back before travel.

Passport processing times are a little longer as our Country trickles back to "Normalcy". Some new passports and renewals are back within 8 weeks and some are taking months so plan accordingly.

SPECIAL NOTE: If you have ANY issues (i.e. legal convictions, arrests, warrants, child support issues, or other extenuating circumstances) that would prevent you from traveling outside of the US, it is YOUR responsibility to verify your ability to obtain a US passport and to travel outside of the US. Chenango Travel will not be responsible for any denied boarding or entry/reentry into any country due to legal matters.

Travel insurance often does NOT cover denied boarding or entry due to legal issues. Please consult your policies for details.

Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 30 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
