* For those of you who feel like exploring the beauty and wonders of Mexico City we have organized two very special tours for our guests 

Tour 1 - Wednesday August 31st 

Tour 2 - Friday September 2nd

The tour will begin at the Casa Azul, visiting the house of Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo. You will learn about the history of the artists and how their art impacted Mexican culture.
You will continue your tour to Diego Rivera's Casa Estudio Museum and learn more about his art and artistic generation to which he belonged.
Following this you will visit the gastronomic establishments and markets of Coyoacán where you will be able to buy delicious, traditional and typical Mexican food.
You will finish the tour at institutional restaurant San Angel Inn, located in an Hacienda, where you will enjoy a high end Mexican meal. Return to hotel.

This tour is dedicated to exploring both the contemporary life and art scene in Mexico City as well as the pre-columbian cultures and their influence in todays art and life scene.
You will visit the iconic Museo de Antropología where you will see important pieces made by the Mayan and Aztec cultures (such as the Piedra del Sol - calendar stone). You will walk through Chapultepec, Mexico City’s main green park, crossing over to La Roma and Condesa, where you will visit main contemporary art galleries and enjoy the flare of the restaurants, bars and cafes at these XX century historical neighborhoods that have been brought back to life today.

• The weather is unpredictable (even weather app is not accurate) – we recommend to pack light city wear. Trousers and jeans with t-shirt, casual summer dresses with light jacket. Weather varies between 11 – 25 degrees during the day. Can be chilly in the AM, gets warm during the day and freshens again at night.
