Booking Process:

Q: How do I access the group reservation block for the wedding?

A: You can access this link from our wedding website under the Hotels tab.  

Q: Is there a specific booking code or link provided for guests to use?

A: Yes, there are specific links provided on the accommodations page under the Group Travel Info section. Select the link that is accurate for you. 

Room Options:

Q: What types of rooms are available within the group reservation block?

A: There are four room types available: 

     Junior Suite Garden View

     Suite Garden View

     Master Suite Garden View

     Nikte Suite

Q: Are there any upgrades or special room categories available for guests attending the wedding?

A: The wedding group reservation includes, all inclusive food, drinks, and amenities 

Availability and Booking Deadline:

Q: How long will the group reservation block be available for booking?

A: Booking link will be available until August 1, 2024

Q: Is there a deadline for guests to book their accommodations within the group block?

A: Yes, to ensure room availability and group rates, you must book by July 31, 2024. Although the booking link will still be available, we cannot guarantee the negotiated rooms and group rate will still be available. 

Rates and Payment:

Q: What are the rates for rooms booked within the group reservation block?

A: The rates vary depending on your guest count and room type, ranges anywhere from $304 - $678 per night, all inclusive. 

Q: How is the reservation confirmed?

A: Once guests have selected their room type and dates, they’ll be able to complete the booking by selecting to pay at check in. Guest will then receive an email asking to pay a ONE NIGHT deposit to secure and confirm the booking. 


Q: Is there a minimum night stay requirement to use the group reservation block? 

A: Yes, there is a 3 night stay requirement to be able to use our group reservation block.

Q: How many people are allowed in each room?

A: Up to 3 adults allowed in one room OR 2 adults and 2 children 

Q: Is this resort family friendly? Is there a different rate for children?

A: Yes, this is a family friendly resort, and children 12 years of age and under are free.  

Cancellation Policy:

Q: What is the cancellation policy for reservations made within the group block?

A: Cancellation of each booking must be made by means of telephoning 888 967 0128 or in writing to resort “Reservations Department” at group travel e-mail. Once the booking is cancelled, the guest will receive a confirmation by e-mail, which contains a cancellation number. This cancellation number acts as proof of the cancellation in the event of a dispute

Q: Are there any penalties for cancelling or changing a reservation?

A: Cancellation by July 9, 2024- no penalties full refund

Cancellation from July 10, 2024 - August 9, 2024- fee of one night stay will be charged

Cancellation on August 10, 2024 or after- will be charged for entire stay

Additional Amenities and Services:

Q: What amenities and services are included with the room reservation?

A: Your reservation will include all-inclusive benefits for food/drinks, and resort amenities.
