The venue is right in the heart of Scottsdale, just steps away from the dining and shopping hubs - Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Check out some of our favorite restaurants during downtime like:
If you want to explore outside of the resort, check out the MANY amazing golf courses in Arizona. A few to note:
- Troon North
- TPC Scottsdale (home of the Waste Management Phoenix Open)
- Talking Stick
- Boulders
Arizona is known for its desert/mountain landscape. Be sure to check out Camelback Mountain (the famous mountain in the heart of Scottsdale that really does look like a camel laying down!) and the many others for easy/medium/hard workouts!
- Old Town Scottsdale (for bars, restaurants, wine tasting, and window shopping)
- Downtown Scottsdale (for clubs and lounges)
- Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter (for restaurants and lounges - just a 5 minute walk from the resort!)
- Top Golf (have the best of both worlds with this bar/golf experience)
Much of Arizona is made up of Native American reservations, which means you can support their communities at the many casinos just east of Scottsdale.
Sedona is an Arizona desert town about 1.5 hours from Scottsdale. It is internationally known for its majestic red rock scenery, spirituality, and adventure. If you can make the trip, be sure to make time for the beautiful hikes, Pink Jeep tours through the red rocks, and unique Southwestern/Mexican style cuisine.
