To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Finest Punta Cana, and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people staying in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

We have a 24-hour during-travel emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of Nikki and Stephen's Wedding Party that is booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Destination Weddings Expert, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $100 per person is due no later than December 8th, 2021, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

What Does This Rate Include?

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the airport (Punta Cana) is included!

*If you prefer to fly into Santo Domingo (SDQ) you may do so, but airport transfers are NOT included and will incur an additional cost*
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.
If you would like assistance shopping for flights, this can be arranged with our agent as well.

*Words of Advice*
- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.

NOTE: Most airlines start publishing flights up to 11 months from your departure date.

There’s nothing like waking up in the morning to everything you ever wanted right outside your door.

Want some thrills for the whole family? How about some “me time" come replenish in our delectable spa with every beautifying and relaxing treatment imaginable available to you.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 24 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150+ USD just to access the event/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.
