Four miles to downtown. SRQ is the best airport to fly into if you want to minimize your travel coordination, there are direct flights from all NYC & DC airports.


57 miles to downtown Sarasota. TPA is a larger airport with more flight/time options than SRQ. There is no public transportation from TPA to Sarasota, so you'll want to rent a car or take a ~$75 Uber. There are direct flights from NYC, DC, LAX into TPA.



Our Westin room block has now closed, however if you wish to add on any rooms and/or make changes please reach out to us and we will do our best to help. 

Wedding Day Transportation: Trolley Transportation will be provided to and from the Westin to Powel Crosley on the day of the wedding. Trolley pick-up time is 3 pm in front of the Westin. 

Parking: If you are local and driving to the Westin, valet parking is available at the hotel for $30 per night. There are also parking garages and street parking throughout the city, however, everything is accessible by walking/ubers so we only suggest driving/renting a car if you are coming from other areas in Florida/traveling throughout Florida during your stay.

We have set aside a room block at Aloft hotel. Aloft is about a 3 minute drive and 15 minute walk to The Westin, and a 15 minute drive to Powel Crosley.

This is a great option for families and those wanting to share rooms. Embassy Suites by Hilton is a 4 minute walk to The Westin and 11 minute drive to Powel Crosley. 

Room Rate: $319 per night + taxes/fees (using our link below). 1 King & 2 Double Queen rooms are available. All rooms are 2 Room Suites. Breakfast and an evening reception is included in the rate.
