Staybridge Suites
We have reserved a block of rooms for both Friday and Saturday at the Staybridge Suites Hotel:

The available rooms are:
"King Studio"- $129/night. This room has a king bed and a sleeper sofa.
"Queen Bedroom" - $139/night. This room has a living room with a sleeper sofa and a separate bedroom with a queen bed.
"Double Queen: -$159/night. This room has a living room with a sleeper sofa and a bedroom with two queen beds.
All of the guest rooms have a kitchenette.
Breakfast is complimentary and is served daily.
The hotel amenities, including the pool and fitness room, are open 24 hours.
Parking in the hotel's lot is free.
High-speed internet is complimentary.
This hotel is located approximately fifteen minutes from the wedding venue.
We are looking into retaining a shuttle service to get guests to and from the venue.
Our wedding "afterparty" will be located in a private room at the hotel.
Our ceremony and reception will be held at Barnes Place in Adel, Iowa.
Directions to Barnes Place from the hotel:
Take I 80 West.
In 15 miles, take exit 106 onto County Hwy-P58
At the end of the exit ramp, turn right.
In .8 miles, turn right onto 350th Street. (gravel road)
In .5 miles, the destination is on your right. There is a large wooden sign that reads "Barnes Place".
Pull in and follow the arrows to the parking lot to the right on the hill.
We will have a 'shuttle' from the hotel to the venue. The shuttle is a bus that holds 30-40 people. It will make two trips from the hotel to venue prior to the wedding, and two trips from the venue back to the hotel for the after party.

3:25pm PICKUP AT HOTEL

The parking lot at Barnes place is on the hill when you come in. There is no parking down at the barn- you are required to park in the lot on the hill. We will have a golf cart shuttle service running to take guests from their cars down to the barn. The ceremony location is just behind the barn.
