JP, Riggz, and I met on the first day I ever stepped foot into Boston College High School for freshman football tryouts. We all sat next to each other and from then on, a lifelong friendship began. JP might be one of the funniest people I know in life. He always brings around positivity and fun vibes to our friendship. He is also one of the most intelligent people I know; he recently got his MHA at Cornell and is onto pursue a great career. That's little-big bro – you'll know what I mean when you stand next to him. Man! Rueasy aka 7God aka "Can I join your dance crew?" is a different dude. Along with a few other friends, I would not have made it out of college without this man. Even until this day, we continue to challenge each other to be the best versions of ourselves as men. Ryan is one of the easiest people to talk to about anything and is one of the most understanding people I know as well. Derrick aka 'Aux Cord Lord' aka 'the Beas Man' aka 'Beaz' has always looked out for me since college. As one of the older guys on the football team, he along with a few others took me under their wing so I could be on the right path during school. We've had countless moments where we'd fall out of our chairs laughing about some dumb stuff or having a deep dive conversation over music and sports throughout college and when we were roommates in Boston. While growing up Haitian-American, I have learned a lot about my blackness through Beaz and for that I appreciate you bruh. Sarah and I have had so many fun moments and experiencing various music festivals from EDC to Coachella, Rolling Loud, and Broccoli Fest with Beaz and his lovely, girlfriend Brooke! Mike has always been one of my closest friends and our friendship has been unavoidable since we have been dating twins, haha. The 4 of us have established a lifelong friendship that has been respectful, honorable and mad fun. Mike has always set the bar high for the young men in our generation and age group by being young, black, successful, and ready to provide for his family-to-be and I am grateful to witness that; it is very motivating. I thought our friendship was over when I threw up on the back of your neck when you were driving us back from the club in Providence back in 2011, haha, but real friendships last.
