We are so excited to be getting married at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We can't wait to celebrate with our closest family and friends there with us.
To make things simple, we have pre‐reserved rooms at Hyatt Ziva with a special rate for our group. We are working with Kathryn Potter at KP Travel Group to coordinate our group rate and events.
Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta is the perfect location for our wedding. Wander the old cobblestone streets of the local city, kick back and relax in the unique beach-cove Riviera Nayarit is known for or take advantage of the many activities that await you without ever having to leave the resort. With amenities and facilities to suit every travel purpose, such as beachfront cabana massages and tequila sipping by the sea, you'll never want to leave.
Hyatt Ziva is an ALL-INCLUSIVE resort. The following is included with your stay:

We have worked with our travel agent Kathryn Potter to negotiate a great group rate and pre-reserve rooms for the group. These rooms are reserved at a discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking with the group will ensure that you are officially recognized as part of our wedding events. Our group rates also include round-trip transportation in Mexico.
We have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms on your behalf and kindly ask that you work with Kathryn for your resort booking.
We have pre-reserved rooms for the travel window of January 21-27, 2022. You may arrive and depart when you'd like, but please note that the resort requires a 3 night minimum stay.
Space is not guaranteed after these rooms are filled; the sooner you make your deposit and reserve your room, the better. Early RSVPs help us determine if we need to add more rooms to the room block.

Your RSVP & room deposit are due by August 26, 2021
Your final room payment is due by October 1, 2021
While we ask that you book your room with our group (with Kathryn), you are welcome to book your own airfare however you'd like. If you book your own air, kindly forward the confirmation to Kathryn no later than November 9, 2021. This is how Kathryn schedules your (included!) transportation in Mexico.
